I like “Sticky Buns” made with the cinnamon rolls as they are here. But place the rolls in a round cake pan or glass casserole. Put brown sugar and soft butter in the bottom of the baking dish. Add pecans to the sugar and butter mixture. Place the rolled up sweet rolls on the mixture and bake as usual per the recipe. When baked, torn the pan over onto a plate. The gooey pecans and sugar will be on top. Yum!

I was up to help my elderly mother and couldn't go back to sleep, so I started surfing videos and came across yours. I thought about getting up to make it right now but reasoned that wouldn't be conducive to sleep, which I badly need. You deserved the prize for this one! Thank you for the detailed instructions and the well organized video. Schönes Rezept. Wird ausprobiert . Man kann den Teig auch in 8 oder 16 Teile aufteilen. Ausrollen und immer Butter dazwischen streichen und übereinander legen
Очень часто и я делаю такую выпечку ,запах стоит на весь дом ..тесто смазанное маслом ,посыпаю корицей сахаром ,скручиваю рулетом и очень острым ножом режу на кусочки,получаются очень аккуратно. Ещё гарячие смазываю кремом !!!Бесподобная вкуснота 😋А вы мастер.. очень красиво работаете с тестом . Италия.

It’s basically the exact same as bread dough but while bread dough is made with water, cinnamon bun dough is made with milk or yogurt. It is not pastry.

I have to feed about 100 middle school teachers so im going to be doing a variety of foods and treats. I also love how your encouraging and i love your attitude in the beginning with pushing the ingredients out of the way when you were done with it. Im from the United States Michigan. Id add cream cheese icing on top of them cinnamon rolls!!!
We call them Rolly Polly's. Use leftover pie dough. I skip the pie and make the pie dough to make these. Butter, brown sugar and cinnamon. After they are cooked you can drizzle icing or caramel glaze.
