Oh mein Gott, ich sehe schon, die schmecken köstlich, so zärtlich zubereitet, schön präsentiert, danke, ich werde sie backen + einen Teil einfrieren, so hat man immer was im Vorrat. Tolle Arbeit.❤
I like “Sticky Buns” made with the cinnamon rolls as they are here. But place the rolls in a round cake pan or glass casserole. Put brown sugar and soft butter in the bottom of the baking dish. Add pecans to the sugar and butter mixture. Place the rolled up sweet rolls on the mixture and bake as usual per the recipe. When baked, torn the pan over onto a plate. The gooey pecans and sugar will be on top. Yum!
Chill dough in refrigerator BEFORE and IMMEDIATELY after each butter application,…you can envelope fold up to 5-6 times to achieve a ‘pastry’ like, flaky quality cinnamon roll.
Очень часто и я делаю такую выпечку ,запах стоит на весь дом ..тесто смазанное маслом ,посыпаю корицей сахаром ,скручиваю рулетом и очень острым ножом режу на кусочки,получаются очень аккуратно. Ещё гарячие смазываю кремом !!!Бесподобная вкуснота 😋А вы мастер.. очень красиво работаете с тестом . Италия.

I was up to help my elderly mother and couldn't go back to sleep, so I started surfing videos and came across yours. I thought about getting up to make it right now but reasoned that wouldn't be conducive to sleep, which I badly need. You deserved the prize for this one! Not a quick recipe, but interesting dough ingredients. Here we like them nice and gooey. I would add more butter before the sugars to break it down to that sticky gooey texture. 👏👏for your presentation!

Cinnamon rolls and cardamom rolls are made with yeast which makes them Swedish-style rolls. And there can be many different ways to make it, just use your imagination. Baking is an art thing

It’s basically the exact same as bread dough but while bread dough is made with water, cinnamon bun dough is made with milk or yogurt. It is not pastry.
