Nice to see videos of how to use gelatos. One year for Christmas I asked for some and hubby bought me about 30 different colors. I love all of the bright colors but to be honest they are just too much work for my personal style...I much prefer stamping and some stenciling with ink. Guess it’s time to find a new home for my gelatos.

I love this technique. I have a couple gelatos i only have used them to like color the edges etc but this is fabulous. I have distress crayons can they be used the same way? Do you ever use them in your projects? Tyfs, inspiring and teaching amazing techniques.

I have a question I just got a new pack and I can not for the life of me get one of the tubes to push up no matter which way I twist. Any advice on how to get the stick to come up

Oohhh thankyou so much for sharing this! I have always wished I could seal the gelato pages this is awesome. I wonder if you can also do that with the dylusions ink spray pages!🤔 Dyan says you can't seal them with anything, but surely there has to be a way!
@@IngridBlackburn yes, I need to randomly spray some on and them do your method with the gel medium and see what happens. Otherwise I won't be able to bring myself to do it in case it's ruined!🤣

Would Micro Glaze work as a fixative on gelatos?

Would a baby wipe accomplish the same thing? I mean instead of finger and water in case you aren’t an inky finger person!
I can always tell the "crafters" from the serious artists (like myself) because you said, "If you don't want any of the Gelato on your fingers..." Ha ha! Ohhh, no! Ink or paint on your fingers! The horror!
The ONLY paint I wouldn't want on my skin is OIL paint.
