• 2 med sized apples, cubed
• 1/2 Brie Cheese (8-10oz), cubed
• 1/2 cup hot caramel (use ice cream topping)
• 1/3 cup Macadamia Nuts (fine chopped)
• 2 Tbsp Dried Cranberries
(you will also need 6 wooden Skewers)
