This easy Egg Drop Soup recipe is full of a wonderful flavor and silky texture. The name originated from how the soup is made. Its better than take out, contains no MSG and takes no more than 15 minutes! There are may different twists on Egg Drop Soup but this recipe is the classic restaurant style egg drop soup. This is great on the fly too, again, it takes no more than 15minutes!

Ingredients
• 3 cups chicken broth
• 1/4 tsp sesame oil
• 1/8 tsp salt
• 1/8 tsp sugar
• 1/8 tsp white pepper
• 1/4 tsp turmeric (for color)
• 1 tbsp cornstarch (mixed with 2 Tbsp water)
• 2 eggs (lightly beaten)
• 1 green onion/scallion (sliced)

Nothing compares to the taste of hot food coming out from the fire! If you add vegetables to this goodness, when you taste it, you'll think you're in heaven and taste its goodness! Amazing looks like taken from paradise! I love the end result. It's a hearty and comforting menu.

Egg drop soup is so comforting, I love simple prepared food and love spicy taste and I think this is going to be delicious for me to try and will drop some fresh or pickeled jalapenos, what do you think?
I say yes go for it if you like Jalapeños and spicy. A small amount of a fresh green chili pepper might be tasty too but I never thought to add it. I guess I eat it the traditional way haha thx so much for your nice comment
