Thank you for this great workout! As a senior I did it for about two weeks before I was able to not hold on to the handles. Now I challenge myself by going one level up from your directions and keeping recovery at 3%. No longer have to hold on and swinging my arms high! Lol! Heart rate is in the 140’s-150’s range. Also your demeanor is very encouraging and reassuring. Hope you make more workouts like this for us to enjoy! Thank you again!

I actually finished this!!!...it gave me a decent workout/warmup before I worked out on my total gym...this is the first workout I have found for the treadmill that I have finished without breaking out too much in hives...
Omg, im in the 300lbs. The first time I've enjoyed and completely an interval. I'm visioning myself running by the end of the year. Last yr I was crawling, this year walking. The treadmill is boring 4 me, so I found you and time flew. I did it at the end of workout but I'll keep it going and try at the beginning. My knees didn't hurt but I couldn't let go 😅😂my hands gripped, but it felt like I finally finished a video. Thanks. I'll look into your page.

Going to try this im 430 pounds im trying to lose my first 50 pounds by Christmas. I'm gonna try doing this every day and trying to eat under 1800 calories a day
Great workout! I'm not a beginner but had slacked off for a few and have to restart again. This is great for that transitioning and adding with additional workouts.😊
