    Thanks for posting this. All advice I've had has been that the tiles will possibly break if I remove and replace a timber bench top. I had thought to do as you have because I don't want to replace the tiles. Good to see this.

    Great video, just what I was looking for, one of my worktops has blown on one edge, water got down in between, didn’t realise it wasn’t sealed, I have tiles the same running along the back and side, I purchased a multitool to cut in between the tile and worktop, I’ll have to be careful as I need to save the worktop, perhaps put a piece of cardboard or similar to protect the surface?

      Just take your time, maybe scoring tool by hand would be less likely to scratch accidentally

    I always wonder why people knowing the old counter gonna to be replaced didn't bother to remove anything from the drawers.

      veneer, and no that omd board underneath is shot. once is swollen..it is garbage

      No, try putty knife and hammer..take your time try not to damage cabs

    got what i guess is a 60's laminate top to remove.. lots of glue? ugh... small kitchen tho.

      Cabinets are staying, that's what makes removing tops alittle more challenging
