Hi Natalie! You can break the monotony of being on the treadmill by doing 2 miles on the treadmill and another 2 miles with a growwithjo 2 mile walking workout (I think she has a 3 mile workout as well). I don't know if you know her channel, but her workouts go by so fast and are super fun. The first one I did from her was the 5000 steps in 38 minutes and it was over in a flash. I would love to see you film yourself doing her workouts! Good job with your awesome results.

Ok now I finished watching! Walking is my all-time-favourite exercise, I lose weight sooo consistently when I incorporate long walks! 2 hrs everyday is AWESOME! Probs to you for commiting to it (I have so much respect for people who complete their challenges, bc I have so much trouble with it :')
Also on another yt video about walking I once read a comment that someone who had modeled before was given the advice to walk a bunch, bc that would help even a person at model weight lose weight (especially around their thighs). It was a yt comment, so there is no proof whatsoever, but it's what I tell myself when walks get monotone! 😂😂 Just 'you're like a model, your legs will look SO good...' while i'm walking...😂

I'm doing 1200 cal a day and 5 miles walk Monday - Friday, Saturday and Sunday off and l'm losing weight like crazy. My goal is 129 which was my previous wait 3 years ago .😢
