Just to help you navigate the channel, I create 3 levels of workouts (gentle, beginner and intermediate) and categorize them all into the playlists. I might suggest starting with ones that are a little easier since you're brand new to exercise. If you check out the gentle or beginner level playlists, you'll find plenty of workouts that would be great for starting out. They'll also allow you to continue daily without being too sore. I'm definitely looking forward to reading about your progress as time goes on, Martha!

I doubt I'll do a 20 min one of Bruce, simply because I always run the risk of having songs blocked and those videos are a ton of work to create. I don't mind the work, but when there is a chance that it'll be blocked due to the copyright music, it just makes it too risky (and frustrating for me!).

I'm back!!! I had to pause all workouts for about 6 months because I had injured my left knee. My only exercises were from my PT for my knee.😪 Unfortunately, my BP went back up during this time & now my doctor is monitoring me every 4 months. Having said that, I started back with you in Jan 2025 & I'm happy to say my BP is back to normal again. I do have to be selective in the workouts I choose & be mindful of my knee as it's not 100% anymore & probably won't ever be (Osteoarthritis). I hope to get back to your Interval Training but for now I tend to seek out your 50's / 60's / 70's / 80's & Disco workouts as the beat in that music helps me to move to the exercises better & allows me to focus on the doing the movements properly. So I want to say to anyone who reads this, no matter life has thrown at you 'Always be thankful for what your body can do!' Love your quote & your videos. I'm forever grateful. 😍

It’s awesome to read about the improvements you’re already seeing in your BP since starting back again. The beginner level workouts (instead of the intermediate level) will be easier on your knees. You can definitely improve bone strength with strength training, too:)

Bouncy and fun! Several new moves appreciated; only listing three: Traveling kicks, "pulling on snow pants" with side knee lifts, and the front/side knee lift combo. Of course, all of the intervals were outstanding, and we got to applaud ourselves at the end! John Travolta would be proud.
This workout was so fun and loved the soundtrack. If you need something higher intensity, just modify the moves, which isn't hard to do with the great music.

After taking down my Christmas decorations and the ones at my mums house(late I know) I finally got a chance to do this. Such a great fun workout. Really got the heart rate up and thankfully my shoulder was ok. Hope you had a great birthday Jules. Thanks again for a great fun workout.
I'm glad to read that you could do this one and that your shoulder was okay. I saw on Insta that you had to start meds for your shoulder:( I hope it clears up soon for you.
@@ImprovedHealth thankfully only used the meds for one day which was good as they floored me. Seeing physio on Thursday so that should help

Jules, I was so stiff today, mostly around my mid section and this workout worked the stiffness out - it felt wonderful and I feel so much better! I'm going to stretch some more to hopefully ward it off from coming back. Thank you!

Bouncy and fun! Several new moves appreciated; only listing three: Traveling kicks, "pulling on snow pants" with side knee lifts, and the front/side knee lift combo. Of course, all of the intervals were outstanding, and we got to applaud ourselves at the end! John Travolta would be proud.
My brain was definitely more creative on the day I put together the moves for this one. It's challenging thinking of new moves some days!

This workout was so fun and loved the soundtrack. If you need something higher intensity, just modify the moves, which isn't hard to do with the great music.
I like the 30 second changes better than the 15 second. I get less mixed up! lol! I love your workouts!
