I need weight exercises for osteoporosis treatment. I have worked out many years with weights, even did Zumba, and I compare a few of your workouts to that, which is fantastic. Do you have any that strengthen bones? I can’t seem to pull you up on my TV, so I used tablet which isn’t as big as I would like it to be. I like the graceful and smooth way you do things. Thank you. It makes it more enjoyable to workout. Anxiously awaiting an answer on bone strengthening workouts if you can.

First time doing these workouts They are great! Not over the top but enough to do the job. Do you have an actual daily meal plan to follow? I did download the free 7 day. Do you just do a smoothie for breakfast, and then the meal? thx
is there anyway of slowing the video down when viewing it? I have been getting on with this work out really well. Having been ill I would like to use it to gently build it up again to aid my recovery but I'm finding it's much too fast for me atm.

I went to the free fitness workout and it’s got a banner over it telling me to sign in or it won’t go away so I did and it took me to some courses. I’m not sure what is going on but I really want the free fitness course but can’t get passed that other thing. HELP

Yes - but if you're arms feel sore from the previous days workout, then I would leave it another day to do it again. x
