    How can I know if I have osteoarthritis or rhemetoid arthritis

      That’s a big question. In the hands OA tends to affect the the DIP and PIP whereas on RA the MCP joints tend to be affected. If you have any concerns that you might have RA then you need to see a doctor.

    Is the thickening of the fingerjoints reversible?
    I am a knitter and crocheter....does this makes the thickening of the fingerjoints worse?

      No I’m afraid it’s not reversible but No … doing this sort of exercise will not make the bumps worse and will very likely help reduce and pain and stiffness. Learn to love the finger bumps. They are unique to you.
