That was the most realistic dialog in the movie. I did not like the parts where TLJ is dictating to local law enforcement what type of support they are going to provide, that’s not how it works. The USMS is frequently showing up, hat in hand, asking for assistance. Local law enforcement usually goes above and beyond. Support from other agencies in the field and on the task forces is the only reason an agency with 4K deputies can arrest 100k fugitives a year.
jasen ratnam No one controls the entirety of Antarctica, currently. There are national territories on Antarctica. America, Russia, England, and I think China comes to mind. The majority of such territories were claimed before the Antarctic treaty by whaling fleets (at least I think so).
What the hell is there to police ?, a bunch of half frozen scientists? Oh yea !, there is that whole "new area 51" thing going on there. Aliens police the Antarctic.
Ken Chappell Here's the history behind it from the Marshals website. The Marshals Service became the official law enforcement entity for the South Pole through an agreement with the National Science Foundation (NSF) and the U.S. Attorney for Hawaii. In 1989, the NSF approached the marshal for the District of Hawaii to assist in setting up a legal presence in Antarctica. (Up to that point, there was no law enforcement and no way to charge and prosecute law breakers.) Environment impact agreements were signed by all 26 nations who share mutual claim in Antarctica, but the United States wanted some way to enforce the law in the "American section" of the continent. The NSF wanted the Service to appoint a deputy to serve there. The NSF sent two station managers from Antarctica to Glynco for training, and the Service appointed them as special deputies. The official swearing-in took place in Hawaii, the headquarters district for the American stations at the South Pole. The two special deputies rotate duty every other year. The scientific foundation wanted Hawaii Chief Deputy James Propotnick, a career operational employee, to fly to the South Pole for installation ceremonies for the first special deputy assigned to the region. "After a long time thinking about it - approximately one microsecond - I agreed," stated Propotnick. "To tell you it was a great trip would be like saying 'winning a $35 million lottery was neat."' The South Pole is located 10,000 feet above sea level. The combination of elevation, extreme cold and humidity of one to two percent wreaks havoc on unprepared "visitors." Propotnick drank water constantly and lost it to evaporation almost as fast. The NSF outfitted the chief with clothing and classes on survival in Antarctica. "I was told that there is no bacteria or living organism of any kind in Antarctica outside of humans, birds and penguins," stated Propotnick. "After getting the tour, I believed it." Special Deputy U.S. Marshals greet all visitors to McMurdo Station, Antarctica, with a lecture and warns that serious crimes committed on the continent by Americans can be prosecuted in the United States. So I guess the station had a serious crime problem before.

It all really depends on your area. For instance, in my area/state, we have what's called a Castle Doctrine, which allows the person that owns or rents the home to legally use force to prevent bodily harm to you or your family. You also need to understand the difference between physical force and deadly physical force, physical being using blunt objects or items that will not stab, slice, or grievously wound a person. Deadly physical force involves guns, knives, hatchets, axes, etc, anything that could potentially easily kill a normal human. Self defense is a finicky claim in a home because it all depends how many times you slice/shoot the person. You're only really authorized in my area to use deadly physical force to the extent that it incapacitates the suspect and prevents them from continuing their robbery or murder. Any extra shot or slash you use could put you up for first degree murder. Check online for your state's laws and if you're not sure, call the non-emergency police line for your area.

My ex was a felon (didn't know that until a year later..) and when I found out, because he was arrested during a date, I went and removed the gun safe from the house we had just started renting and sold everything to a US Marshal that I had gone to school with. Thankfully that gave me the money to get out of that rent house and totally ghost on that SOB.
I read on Google that one needs a bachelor's in either criminal justice, law enforcement, or criminology alongside with 3 years of police experience. Now, I was wondering if military police for the army counts as police experience. Because I would do that, then go to college and hopefully try for a place within the federal levels.

The dude from storytime probably tried to recreate the scene from grand torino where at the end Clint Eastwood faces the mob and reaches into his pocket to get his lighter so the mob starts shooting him and will be arrested for his murder.
My friends dad had a warrent out for his arrest while he was on parole. He made it 3 years before the Marshall's stepped in and found him. This dude was living in bfe at the time as well. Like 15 miles from the nearest town.
My dad was an ATF agent many many years ago. He used to tell me about he and his fellow agents would find a still in the woods, wait in hiding until the moonshiners came to check on the still, arrest them and the destroy the still. Do you have any ATF stories for us? I would love to hear any. Anyway, sorry for the long post and keep up the good work. 👍👍👍
One of my friends beat up a soldier for sleeping with his girlfriend. And the US Marshals kicked in his door and arrested him in front of me. "US Marshals!!!"
I used to want to join either the Marshals, DEA, or ATF. I was so determined at one point. I still want to join one of these agencies, but I don't see that happening. "Friends" kept putting me down, and my self esteem was destroyed at a young age, and developed a moderate stutter (Literally just woke up one day stuttering, and having trouble saying certain words).

Straight talk LMAO, I was at a Braums store about 25 years ago and the Marshal Service took a guy down. No clue as to why they took him there, regardless they pounced on that guy so fast and hard with numbers he didn't know whether to shit or go blind and didn't get a chance to do either. I've always wondered why they took him there as opposed to a spot with fewer people. But I can't say they didn't handle him because they did.
Years ago I worked part time servicing communication systems. (I built the radios during the day and repaired them at night and weekends). A friend of the owners was a U.S. Marshall. Jim didn't fit your perception of the typical Marshall. He stood about 5'6" weighed about 200 lbs, yet his primary duty was prisoner transport across the country.
I've always wondered this, after someone gives you thier ID on say a traffic stop, and you run it through the system in your vehicle, can you see if they are a military service member?
I was taught how to clear rooms by a US Marshall. when it came time to do a training operations we wound up on a buddy team together and holy shit did that guy save my ass! we cleared a whole complex together, usually I went in first, he was always right behind me and saved me at least twice from guys hiding outside my sector.

Seeing how it is the second amendment says the right of the people to keep and bear arms shall not be infringed and seeing how the manufacturing, purchasing, and consumption of alcohol is legal and seeing how smoking tobacco is legal, I do not understand why the A.T.F. exists.
Because those things are taxed pretty heavily and their sale is tightly regulated. There’s age restrictions on all of them, unregulated alcohol production like moonshine could be dangerous and/or make a poisonous product, and guns can’t be sold to felons or without a background check. They’re all potentially dangerous products that could be sold on the black market for huge untaxed profits. It makes complete sense that the ATF exists
Moonshiners don't pay tax on their alcohol so that is why the ATF cares about that. They also enforce gun ownership laws such as possession of an illegally modified firearm, e.g. sawn off shotgun, as well as illegal purchase of firearms, e.g. a strawman purchase. As for the tobacco, I assume they regulate the sale of tobacco, e.g. preventing minors from purchasing cigarettes, etc.

Officer 401 can you a video on Conceal Carry and your thought and a video about Open Carry and your thoughts
I didnt see it, but there is a difference between right and what I am asking.
basically the marshals are bounty hunters or something like that
bounty hunters that work under a police force
Hugh Mungus
Joshua Godsey lol no, marhsals also are in charge of the witness protection program.
"These fuckers are like 6' 6'' and fed wheaties there entire life"
LOL
My ex was a felon (didn't know that until a year later..) and when I found out, because he was arrested during a date, I went and removed the gun safe from the house we had just started renting and sold everything to a US Marshal that I had gone to school with.
Thankfully that gave me the money to get out of that rent house and totally ghost on that SOB.
Awesome page brother... be safe in these streets
What type of bike are you looking to get? Sportbike, Supermoto, ect.
Something for putting around....600 or so.
officer401 get a Honda CBR 600rr
officer401 soooo, what kinda bike IE supermoto, sport bike or a gay cruiser?
Do you plan on running from the cops if they try to pull you over?
Zach Wonone No he would just flip them off and show them his badge at the same time.
I met an ex Marshall, very nice man and actually gave me a recommendation for a police department
Can you please make a video about the FBI and their relationship with the local PDs?
PS: LOVE your videos! Keep up the good work!
I fall asleep to theses videos since your voice is so calm.
I read on Google that one needs a bachelor's in either criminal justice, law enforcement, or criminology alongside with 3 years of police experience. Now, I was wondering if military police for the army counts as police experience. Because I would do that, then go to college and hopefully try for a place within the federal levels.
do both
Hey hey hey the postal inspectors are the oldest federal agency ;)
lol
He said federal law enforcement agency
@@tylerclark5086 postal inspectors and Postal police are federal law enforcement. Although little known, however, they cover a wide range of federal offenses and investigations. Kidnapping/missing person, mail theft and fraud, illegal drug and gun trafficking via USPS, investgating crimes on or against USPS property or employees, and of course played a major role in investigating that Sars shit that was going on in peoples mail just to name a few..
INFINITE ACES okay they might investigate but who’s making the arrest? Your neighborhood mailman? No a real leo
@@tylerclark5086 what?? No! Aint no dam mail man! Lol. Postal inspectors and police are not mail men! They are LeoS! They make the arrest! I know your just trying to be funny at this point. Your on You Tube, I know you pulled up a few videos already. You know whats up by now! Smh.
the office of the Constable is the oldest law enforcement agency in America. they existed before America was a country and still continue to this day. USMS is a judicial non law enforcement agency if u search out federal law. I am a former USMS and Constable. Retired Chief of Police. 39 years of service. just keeping it real.
Daymond ' Chief ' Jones-You’re a descendant of a bunch of sadistic slave patrollers. Just keeping it real.
Groping Führer you literally have fuhrer in your name. Gtfo
FFM4ME my parents have worked with Indian people for my whole life. I've been around them so long and they are the coolest people ever. Love the emphasis on tradition in Indian culture.
Can you do Secret Service Next?
Owen Van Cleef you mean the ss 😂
Wuz42 Wuz42 no
Why would he the name even says why
SECRET services
@@thehacker6377 And yet the secret service has done many documentaries on their equipment, training and duties.
I noticed there are Marshals all over the place in Augusta, GA. I've never seen them patrolling in Wisconsin when I was living there.
Like having these little chats man. But, damn dude, now I have to plan to watch the movie again.
Thanks! Have a good week and go home safe.
Do a video about the ATF
TAKE OUT YOUR GELS!
BrandonRyan Outdoors The ATF hates AR Pistols with stabilization braces on them.
Now I’m very curious to know why the U.S marshals r looking for my neighbor
Officer401, Today was my first shift on duty as a Sheriff's Deputy! I got a degree in psychology (good advice!)
4 years later , how is it going!???
The US Marshalls are a fun group. The usually hold a bash annually in Baltimore, MD called the Wyatt Erp party, with tickets going to law enforcement personnel only. Fun time!
New sub here. You giving those pointers out at the end was like a breath of fresh air! Thanks they really help, at least me I'm trying to get my shit together and it feels like I'm way behind since I'm 26 just getting a associates in crj! Great vids keep them up.
Don't forget, if you hook up with the Marshals, you'll spend a ton of time away from home if you're on a task force!
The dude from storytime probably tried to recreate the scene from grand torino where at the end Clint Eastwood faces the mob and reaches into his pocket to get his lighter so the mob starts shooting him and will be arrested for his murder.
"they're fed Wheaties their entire lives" lololol
My friends dad had a warrent out for his arrest while he was on parole. He made it 3 years before the Marshall's stepped in and found him. This dude was living in bfe at the time as well. Like 15 miles from the nearest town.
We need more cops like you.
Search up Waco and ruby ridge. The story goes they enjoy shooting dogs and setting kids on fire
Delta hey man fuck what anyone says you can make it!
I feel ya. I'm on disability now from many concussions, but the last I had was the one that did me in. So a TBI is looked down on. Wish there was a cure. My daughter goes to speech therapy and it is heartbreaking to see how it bothers her. She is stuck to me always bc she realizes she's not like the other kids. She's in PreK and on an individual education plan. I'll say a prayer for you and hope that your wishes come true.
The Fugitive is a greeeeat movie. They don't make them like that anymore. Glad I found your channel. Subbed.
that line was improvised. he didn't say it because that's how marshals are he just thought of it on the spot for the movie & because he's a good actor
Do a collab with afterprisionshow
MonkeyGamer05 yeah
Aaron Fonseca Fuck yes I would love to see that just to see what they talk about and maybe adding DIWT to see them talk
Aaron Fonseca YES!! But that would be very awkward.
Yes :D
hell yea
Hey I'm sorry man I'm not the one to tell you that you are doing anything wrong but if your air bag goes off there goes your left arm.. Sorry I just learned this in drivers Ed today haha.
Tell Ed I do things my way.
+officer401 sorry I'm just trying to look out for my favorite youtuber
I know I was joking bro lol ty :)
officer401 you just made my day :)
officer401 we need to see the right arm more. I miss the little guy 😢. jk you have a great day, and keep up the good work. love the videos!
He stood about 5'6" weighed about 200 lbs, yet his primary duty was prisoner transport across the country.
i live in australia and met a US marshal at work. he was the nicest tough looking guy ive ever met
Lmao, you're so hilarious. Roasting the FBI
officer 4,0,fun
I just realised do you turn your rear view mirror around in videos? To prevent an accidental face reveal or..?
Chris he does lol
Chris i just noticed that and I've been watching since around November XD
Jadarien Ellis Same haha 😁
ive noticed that, I watch his speed, if you look he got passed while going 70mph so ill assume hes not on patrol when he vlogs
+SigmaSixSoftware yea, that's his personal car
I believe the Postal Inspectors are the oldest Law Enforcement Agency out there.
🤣🤣🤣😂😂 I literally just bust out laughing now at 1:26am.... "Decided to stand up to pee instead of sit down!" 😂😂🤣
I've always wondered this, after someone gives you thier ID on say a traffic stop, and you run it through the system in your vehicle, can you see if they are a military service member?
Sometimes
i will love to see a guide to be a FBI

How long do you have to train to be a cop?
Kiwi YT I think 6 months
Kiwi YT at least for Akron
Kiwi YT about 6-7
It varies at my department you do about 9 months of training before you ever get to the streets
Daniel Moledor you live in Akron?
Absolutely right on describing the Marshall's!
I was taught how to clear rooms by a US Marshall. when it came time to do a training operations we wound up on a buddy team together and holy shit did that guy save my ass! we cleared a whole complex together, usually I went in first, he was always right behind me and saved me at least twice from guys hiding outside my sector.
Can you talk about what to do in active shooter situation ex. Runaway hide etc
Run. Hide. Fight.
Thats What You Do, In That Order.
You mean a flight or fight response.
what is your thoughts on Bounty Hunters
Officer401 what do you think of the Canadian police or the rcmp (royal Canadian mounted police)

That story about the guy lighting the cigarette like he wanted to get shot is exactly what happened in that Clint Eastwood movie Gran Torino lol
Loved the video I'm from South Africa and this gave me a better idea of what the US marshals do
Ooo I like this intro
Kristina Robinson ok how about me & you together
Hey,
I would recommend building the PC your own because this is much cheaper and you don't get this junk.
I would build it for you but im from Germany and the shipping ist pretty expensive.
Dude you should totally do motovlogging!
I think that there was a US Marshals rare near my house. There was a house with its door busted in and the house was in a really sketchy part of my town.
"cause even the FBI needs a hero"
And I took that personally.
Do a Video on Military or Law Enforcement or maybe Military Law Enforcement
Larry Sanders you can do both. I'm doing 6 years in the US Army reserves then I'm going into law enforcement
Matthew Rowley i think he mean't real military not the reserves ;)
Some Internet Dweller other than infantry pretty sure reserve and active go through the same bct and ait. PT schedule may be different so I'm guessing the reserve is "real"
Last Tzar well... guess who's infantry lol
Well average grunt thinking pogs are not "real" lol. At the end of the day we're all one team
Why are The Projects called The Projects?

Seeing how it is the second amendment says the right of the people to keep and bear arms shall not be infringed and seeing how the manufacturing, purchasing, and consumption of alcohol is legal and seeing how smoking tobacco is legal, I do not understand why the A.T.F. exists.
That's not a bad point
ATF is a waste of our tax dollars I been preaching it for years.
@@maxsteele3686 I like your name.
Love the intro! 😆
hey man! great channel, very refreshing and enjoyable to hear genuine policing rather than negatives

officer401 You sir are welcome. I look up to you! Thanks so much for protecting everyone. Back The Blue!
do a video who is the CIA or FBI
Can you do a video on *Reserve Police Officer*
I used to work with someone who is now a Marshal, he is also prior service Marines and was a Ranger. He said the Marshal academy is no joke.
