Damn Lincoln really stepped up their luxury game! Personally, I'd get the Lincoln aviator because the navigator is just a tad too big for me.

Love those rims on that Lincoln they are definitely ahead of all their luxury suv rivals
This vehicle is so much better than the Escalade for the money. That said, I’m interested to see what GM does with the next gen Escalades, as Escalades will always have a special place in my heart.

Lincoln is smart by killin it with these interiors. I think the Escalade's exterior actually looks better, but inside looks cheap compared to this thing.

I think Lincoln has the best seats in any car, I dont think Rolls Royce seats could even compare to Lincoln seats. The car is worth 100 grand bc the seats probably cost 40 grand😂

What really sells me is the glowing logo. I saw one at night. That's the only reason I want one. Every car needs that. I just really really like it. I haven't seen the Escalade. But if I really had to choose one it would be this. I wouldn't touch a GM with a 100 ft pole. Some may look good. But I dont trust that reliability. Ford can be bad but they do have some good ones. I would love to have a Pontiac Solstice only cause of the transformers movie.

I'd say that cadilac killed itself. I can't think of a single cadilac model that isn't sub par to other luxury brands. None of their product worth buying right now.

You can get cooled rear seats in the Lincoln Navigator. The Black Label you reviewed in December had that option in it.

At the end of 2022, there are a lot of customers dissatisfied of the Navigator 2018 (please see Edmunds), especially electrical problems in mirrors, infotainment, noise and such other issues as sudden stop for the vehicle when moving, can you update us on some of those issues please and whether they were addressed in any recalls? since I'm thinking of buying a used Navigator soon or GLS 450 same Year 2018

92k new and a year later 79k, I’ll wait another year for the depreciation to due its damage then pick one up.
I hope that aluminum doesn’t corrodes over time and that in a front crash collision it can mantain very well the survival space inside because in 2015 when Ford introduced the first F-150 with the aluminum body, that crash test was very poor. In 2016 forward they changed the material again and the results were better.
Arguably the most beautiful full- size SUV made in the U.S.

Awesome review Joe. This Navigator is king. It's much more luxurious than the Escalade on all angles. BUT.....the name 'Escalade' holds a heavier weight......soooo......depends what you want😂😂

The Aviator to me looks so much better. Lincoln SUVs are definitely impressive, but I wonder why their sedans don't follow with the same interior design. My concern for these vehicles are there are a lot of articles of people buying these cars and before they made it home they experienced mechanical/electrical issues. Some were so bad Lincoln flat out replaced the vehicle itself. That;s the only thing that'll scare me away from this

Lincoln has made Cadillac work for it. After seeing the new Yukon Denali I have no doubt the Escalade is about to destroy the ‘Gator. I would chose the new Denali over this, and I believe the ‘Gator is the direct competition the Denali as of now. The Escalade is still the standard.
Man I never been a fan of Lincoln felt like it was too expensive and for that price you could’ve gotten much better elsewhere but with this and the aviator now it justifies the price a little more and I hope to be able to get an aviator for me and my family in the ne’er future.
They have changed their game.

What trim level has ventilated second row seats? I'm not aware of one, but it is also not a big deal to me. Quick search shows the Escalade second row is only heated as well.
@@RaitisRides not trying to be argumentative, but why should they be? A little research is showing that few, if any, manufacturers offer second row ventilated seats.
I'm only disappointed by the 3rd row seat. As your head touches the roof when you recline the seats. Cadillac is better in space but features wise... This is the best SUV.
I just looked and some dealers are selling this car for less than $80k brand new. There are some massive discounts on them right now. I wouldn’t buy it used.

I'm curious how that turbo charge V6 would handle climbing 7,000 ft with six adults and groceries.
You can get ventilated seats for the second row on a Palisade for about $44,000.

it is now, rented a extended version for few days, lot of space, smooth power, comfortable ride, can't complaint much, right... the key fob... don't know why US car maker had to make key fob that big... the screen is cool but u will get bored after two days XD; but new Escalade is coming out soon, might change again ~ again quarter mile... All I can say is that Cadillac is literally 15 spots below Lincoln in reliability test for 2020 by CR reports from actually customers. So some will argue however those people haven't owned one.

I love the interior design. Lincoln hit a home run with this one on the inside. But man, the push button shifter? I'm not digging that. Also, I would prefer a more traditional instrument panel. 30 way adjustable seats? Seriously? Haha. Okay. Otherwise, it's a beaut. Except for those wheels. I'm not feeling those. Zonk.

Should've paired up with Air Lift. Would be insane seeing that really low.
It's a better vehicle than the escalade at this point. What I've seen so far of the new Yukon Denali, I think it could match up very well with the navigator though. Time will tell when it comes to the next gen escalade.
On a side note, I'd rather have that jeep Cherokee that was beside you at the light for myself. The wife on the other hand loves the luxury end of vehicles life the navigator and QX80.
