I hope the Lincoln Navigator will offered a 3.0L powerstroke turbo diesel v6 for the 2021 model year. Newcomers like the all-new 2021 Escalade & Yukon Denali have that option. So it can compete in the segment.
This review so motivated me that i went to check this vehicle out on Sunday while the dealership was closed... so no one could see me drool as I lustfully peered through the windows👀🤤
Big C Well of course, moron. The 2020 Cadillac Escalade competed with the previous model 2015 Navigator, not this one. The 2021 Escalade is the model that competes with this Navigator and it completely blows the Lincoln out of the water.
BigC knows what's up, it's not even close, GM dropped the ball bigtime with the Escalade. If Tesla wants to take over the large SUV market with an EV model, this Nav is the standard they should be designing a large SUV off of.
At least 70 to drive this? I got my first brand new navigator at the age of 22! Just got a new one a few weeks ago! I will never ever own a different SUV bc nothing competes with this other than a Ford Expedition. Once you own a navigator you never go back. It’s way more luxurious than any Escalade I’ve ever stepped into

Absolutely beautiful inside and out. Love the pearl white with black accents. It has most anything imaginable. The only downsides would be the size, mpg, and price. The seats, although cool, may be a bit overboard. At least they look very comfy. Great job on the review!

What's incredible, is that they look even better in-person! Nothing comes close to my new Lincoln Navigator BL! I'm also in my 30's. I was leaning this, S560, or 911 S. Living with lots of snow, I decided on the Lincoln. Raptor Engine, massage seats, Revel speaker package, and tremendous room. Perhaps a Porsche 992 will be my future, but this is a must-have luxury vehicle.
Between a Chevy Suburban 2020 and a Lincoln Navigator 2020, I think I will go with the Lincoln Navigator 2020. But I am 49 years old and no 49 year old drives a Lincoln Navigator.. (or so I hear !). I kinda like these big, super-comfy vehicles. What about YOU folks ? Which one would YOU go with ? the Chevy Suburban 2020 or the Lincoln Navigator 2020 ?
Drove it, super smooth ride, much better gas mileage than previous generations, was a joy. one down side was the feel of the buttons... they were painted silver and look metal, but felt very plastic and cheap. when lincoln decides to go to glass screens for buttons like jaguar and tesla then they will surpass 90% of the competition. for the price they will have some very stiff competition coming up in the upcoming 2021 Genesis GV80 that has everything fully loaded at around $60k with soft close doors, digital gauges, cameras everywhere, semi-auto-pilot, power rear sunshades, remote control parking from outside the vehicle, ambient lighting, and everything LED, designed by the former designer of Bentley... Lee hopefully Navigator and Aviator can come slightly down in price if they want to compete.
Mikey Millner Genesis doesn’t have a choice but to be cheaper. That’s the only way they’ll be able to compete. They know this. They have little choice but to fight the big boys with a value proposition. Nobody who knows better is going to pay Cadillac, Lincoln, Lexus, Mercedes-Benz, BMW, Audi, Range Rover/Jaguar, or Porsche etc. money to get into a Genesis product. You can diamond stitch leatherette all day, doesn’t make it real leather. You can hire the engineers from BMW and the designers from Bentley all you want, it still won’t make the G70 a better vehicle than the 3-series and it won’t make the GV80 comparable to the materials, engineering, and attention to detail of a Bentayga. People are smarter than that. Hyundai/Kia focuses on design and surface beauty. Their engineering is too poor to ask the same kind of money as Americans, Germans, and Japanese.
You knocked this one out of the park, Nolan! Great video! This Navigator is N.I.C.E.! I'll never get to own one, but it was fun learning about it! And @11:05 you can really hear how quiet the cabin is! I'm love their shifter location too... really opens up space for other stuff! And pockets behind both seats (take that, Toyota!) lol. I'm not going to lie, my heart jumped @30:30 when the Prime truck turned out lol.... great camera man! Lastly, I hope you were kidding in another comment about your water bottle.. I'm actually trying to find that exact bottle... it would go great with my '19 RAV4 Adventure. It's Toyota's "Blue Flame" color, so colors would be a total match lol. So my bottle took a fall (probably the hundredth fall) and the cap broke. I’ve had it for a long time and actually got a new bottle but different brand. See how I like it lol. I got that blue one on amazon..search for Powerade squeeze bottle 👍

A good review is a review where the viewer feels like they’ve driven the vehicle. This is how your review on this made me feel. It’s rare to find a video review that delivers in the same way. So, thank you and PLEASE review the new Escalade. It would be interesting to see how the ride compares to the Navigator. The new Escalade has 3 things that make it ride smooth. Independent rear suspension, magnetic dampers AND airbags for each wheel. Any one of those traits would make it ride smooth but with all three of them, it should make it the smoothest ride into vehicle on the market. Does the Navigator have airbags with its IRS or just the independent rear suspension?

I own a 2013 Lincoln Navigator (2nd one) but I can't help but notice that Cadillac was killing Lincoln when it came to styling and features. This current model Navigator puts any American luxury SUV to shame! But for years the Navigator was outdated and no great features. They nailed it this time.
Excellent review. You did an outstanding job of coverage...more than many people would ever pay attention to. I love the vehicle. That 3.5 is beyond expectations. I admit, I would love to see the Mustang Cobra 5.2 V8 available...it could probably jump the Mississippi.

The only let down is the lane keep assist as Audi, Bmw and Genesis did a better job. Well that could be a good thing. Other than that I think the 3.5L is plenty since ford has been building that EcoBoost engine for years it's dead reliable! (CR reports Lincoln in top 15 most reliable brands of 2020)
The 10" center screen looks small now with the black bezel around the screen & the 2021 Escalade has a 16.9" center screen. They should update it to 12.3" screen ASAP to minimize the black bezels around the screen. That glossy piano black plastic around the screen serves no purpose lol
I was going to say that the Kia Telluride has 2nd row heated and ventilated seats for a $48,000 vehicle. The Lincoln Navigator costs $100,000 and it does not have it to be classed as a luxury vehicle.
I am Lincoln supporting user for 22 years, it is always behind in technology, if this nice Navigator had Ford Fusion Energi technology, I would have given it 10 out of 10. But only 6 out of 10, so not spending my money on it any more.
We purchased a 2021 Lincoln Navigator because it can be towed behind a motorhome four wheels down. We have towed it many miles with no issues. However, after traveling 220 plus miles, the Navigator left the Neutral Tow mode. The back tires locked up while driving! Both back tires blew out and it trashed the back rims. Lincoln says there is nothing wrong with the car but I am here to tell you that the car has an issue when it comes to towing “four wheels down!” The Ford Expedition has the same problem. Ford/Lincoln chooses to ignore the issue.
This is a luxury, more advanced Ford Expedition😭Yes Ik it’s a navigator.. every thing is different from the expedition besides the key, and mirrors. THAT ENGINE SOUND SO GOOD THOUGH.
I think the Lincoln Navigator is a really cool vehicle but one thing that I find weird is the position of the gear shifter controls. I think it would do a great deal of ease if it was vertically placed beside the volume and heated and ventilated seat controls.
This vehicle is way better than other vehicles I have ever seen this year. Although this luxury car is expensive, I would say the quality and the features available in this video is beyond comparison of an average vehicle. The only problems are the length of the vehicle because it makes parking and opening doors hard in tight areas. What also shocked me (positively) are lighting of doors automatic lighting toward the ground, levitating back seats and back sensor to open the back of the vehicle, as well as other exclusive features especially safety and drive mode type.
I like the Hyundai palisade better as well as the Genesis GV80 especially for the price and options....cant beat the cost and the tech packages plus the warranty.
Have a rental right now and not overly impressed by it. Its definitely nice but theres too many little things that bug me about it. Dont like the fact that u cant change the “black screen” on the dash. A nicer background would have been nicer. The cameras are blurry, the center console screen takes up too much space and should be built into the dash instead, the revel sound system sounds great but is there no sub? The bass is lacking.

Lincoln says there is nothing wrong with the car but I am here to tell you that the car has an issue when it comes to towing “four wheels down!” The Ford Expedition has the same problem. Ford/Lincoln chooses to ignore the issue.

This is a luxury, more advanced Ford Expedition😭Yes Ik it’s a navigator.. every thing is different from the expedition besides the key, and mirrors. THAT ENGINE SOUND SO GOOD THOUGH.

I think the Lincoln Navigator is a really cool vehicle but one thing that I find weird is the position of the gear shifter controls. I think it would do a great deal of ease if it was vertically placed beside the volume and heated and ventilated seat controls.
This vehicle is way better than other vehicles I have ever seen this year. Although this luxury car is expensive, I would say the quality and the features available in this video is beyond comparison of an average vehicle. The only problems are the length of the vehicle because it makes parking and opening doors hard in tight areas. What also shocked me (positively) are lighting of doors automatic lighting toward the ground, levitating back seats and back sensor to open the back of the vehicle, as well as other exclusive features especially safety and drive mode type.
Camera washers - now that’s classy. :).

Have a rental right now and not overly impressed by it. Its definitely nice but theres too many little things that bug me about it. Dont like the fact that u cant change the “black screen” on the dash. A nicer background would have been nicer. The cameras are blurry, the center console screen takes up too much space and should be built into the dash instead, the revel sound system sounds great but is there no sub? The bass is lacking.
