Easy, creamy Mac & cheese recipe

This Mac & cheese is so creamy, and delicious but most of all it’s easy to make!
Ingredients:
1 stick butter
4 ounces cream cheese
1/2 cup flour
2 cups milk
2 tsp garlic powder
2tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
2 tsp onion powder
1 tsp paprika
1-2 cups crushed croutons or bread crumbs
2 cups mozzarella shredded
2 cups cheddar shredded
1 cup cheese for topping
2 cups Monterey Jack shredded
1/2 cup water
1 pound cooked drained pasta
