@@sprithshrivastava3346 I haven't tried it or anything, but one option could be to make the sauce garlic-y instead of the potatoes themselves. Works for most sauces you could do as well, just add a ton of garlic or garlic powder to it maybe?

I've just made them for dinner: simply delicious !! I skipped the garlic since I'm not into it and I substituted the cheese dip with simple mayonnaise. After 30' they were ready. My husband loved them ! Thanks a lot ❤️🙏

Dry potatoes and put them in a bag 2T olive oil Mix in a bowl (before adding to bag): 30-40g parmesan 2T corn or potato starch (optional) 1/2T dried oregano 1t red pepper powder salt (a few pinches) 1t minced garlic ...add to bag and shake it. 40g bread crumbs ...shake again Bake at 185C/365F for 40-50 mins

I 💜 this video and creator. The style of it all was easy to get the recipe yet had a great sense of humor. I have noticed a few other Asian cooks making dishes with ”cheddar cheese” that is processed cheese w/a “cheddar flavor” . In 🇺🇸 it’s Kraft singles….or velvetta. Dairy cheese won’t melt like that, it separates. I also learned corn starch to ‘velvet” chicken. That was a game changer! On potatoes? Mmmmmmmmm. I could eat that whole plate then take a 2 hour nap. The world is falling apart & there’s nothing we can do about it so eat whatever you want is my motto.
You can actualy do things to fight the world from falling apart. And if everyone did something you'd be amased what we as a species could achieve. But if we all believe we can do nothing and thus do nothing, then yes the world will fall apart. So people, please do try to do SOMETHING against the world falling apart, even if it's a small thing. In the meantime you can still eat whatever you want.

This looked like a great recipe so I tried it today and followed the recipe verbatim. The parm and bread crumbs didn't stick at all. I was able to recover the recipe and they were ok. The flavor was good but not as 'crispy' as I was expecting.
A better way to get the flavour would be to simply make potato mash, mix in the flavourings (no flour or starch), shape into sausages or discs, coat in breadcrumbs, and then bake it (flip it over in between). And for the cheese sauce, if one cooked processed cheese that way, the cheese would be absolutely rubbery and dry. We dont get good cheddar in my area so cant confirm about cheddar. Better way is to put cheese in the bowl with and add warm milk to it then stir. Then add softened butter (no microwaving the butter hydrogenates it to make ghee, which tastes very different and not suitable for this recipe) and lastly add the chilli sauce. I have not made this recipe but I make a fried cheese-potato patty which uses pretty much the same flavor ingredients.

Здравствуйте! Спасибо за рецепт! Делаю похожую картошку, только добавляю овощи. 1. Нужно картофель очищеный картофель нарезать клиньями, залить кипящей подсоленной водой и оставить на среднем огне до закипания. 2. Как только закипит, воду слить, картофель отбросить на сито. Дать воде полностью стечь. 3. Переложить картофель в миску или противень застеленый пергаментом. Полить маслом, приправами, сухим чесноком и слегка посолить. 4. Обычно к этому моменту у меня уже слегка обжарены овощи - кабачки, баклажаны, кольца лука, кружки помидора. Также иногда добавляю молодые маленькие - свеклу, репку, морковь, или сладенький горошек. Обязательно слегка обжаренные на сухой сковорода. И запекаю до мягкости и румяного цвета. В конце посыпаю тертым сыром.

It's potatoes and some cheese, herbs and seasonings a bit of olive oil. It's not even fried. There is 100x more artery clogging in one grilled cheese sandwich. The vegetable oil used to fry it, the oil the "cheese" is made of, the oil used in the recipe to make american bread.

I forgot I don't have the baking paper at home, so I just placed the potatoes on my tray (covered with oil). Most of them got half-burnt and stuck BUT!! It still was really really delicious! Thank you! ^^

Dry potatoes and put them in a bag
2T olive oil
Mix in a bowl (before adding to bag):
30-40g parmesan
2T corn or potato starch (optional)
1/2T dried oregano
1t red pepper powder
salt (a few pinches)
1t minced garlic
...add to bag and shake it.
40g bread crumbs
...shake again
Bake at 185C/365F for 40-50 mins
1. 감자 750g 껍질 까고 웨지로 잘라서 뜨거운 물에 소금 1큰술과 함께 20분간 담가두기
2. 키친타올로 물기를 제거 후 올리브유 2큰술과 함께 비닐봉지에 담아 섞기
3. 파마산치즈 30~40g, 전분 2큰술, 오레가노 ½큰술, 고춧가루 1티스푼, 소금 조금, 다진마늘 1티스푼 넣고 섞기
4. 빵가루 40g 넣고 섞기
5. 185도 예열 오븐에 40~50분 굽기
6. [소스] 우유 2.5큰술, 체다치즈 2장, 버터 5g 넣고 전자레인지 30초 후 섞고 스리라차 소스 1티스푼 넣기

It's potatoes and some cheese, herbs and seasonings a bit of olive oil. It's not even fried. There is 100x more artery clogging in one grilled cheese sandwich. The vegetable oil used to fry it, the oil the "cheese" is made of, the oil used in the recipe to make american bread.
