- It is garlic cheese potatoes with a really good flavor of garlic and cheese. It is not fried in oil, so you can enjoy it more healthily.
Ingredient:
1. Potatoes
2. Parmesan Cheese
3. Minced garlic
4. Bread crumbs
5. Oregano
6. Olive Oil
7. Corn Starch or Potato Starch
8. Red pepper powder

I tried this recipe today and it was soooo good. It tasted exactly like potato wedges. I should have added more than 1tsp of minced garlic because I didn’t get much of garlic flavor. Overall I love the recipe ❤😊
Doesn't the minced garlic burn in the oven? It tastes bitter then... Any help in that would be appreciated!
@@sprithshrivastava3346 I haven't tried it or anything, but one option could be to make the sauce garlic-y instead of the potatoes themselves. Works for most sauces you could do as well, just add a ton of garlic or garlic powder to it maybe?

I 💜 this video and creator. The style of it all was easy to get the recipe yet had a great sense of humor. I have noticed a few other Asian cooks making dishes with ”cheddar cheese” that is processed cheese w/a “cheddar flavor” . In 🇺🇸 it’s Kraft singles….or velvetta. Dairy cheese won’t melt like that, it separates. I also learned corn starch to ‘velvet” chicken. That was a game changer! On potatoes? Mmmmmmmmm. I could eat that whole plate then take a 2 hour nap. The world is falling apart & there’s nothing we can do about it so eat whatever you want is my motto.
