I know the reputation I know what they’re capable of and it’s not happening, but I am looking to purchase something equal to this as nice as this with absolutely 100% no association fees or associations and I would prefer out of our city limits
Wanting to purchase a small 5 acre horse property with a decent house around Purcell but they're impossible to find anymore! Land in Goldsby, Washington, Purcell, and Wayne is all pretty much owned by developers so a guy can't get raw land anymore without in HOA! 😔
