    I claim healing through what I have within. I release harmful patterns that cause me pain. I accept divine guidance as a gift I deserve.❤

      yes! we have innate intelligence within us. we just have to connect with our body, sense and feel our body from the inside, and let our body teach us!

    Thank you so much for this! I have had two really horrible bouts with sciatica. The first lasted 3 mo. and the 2nd time it lasted almost 6 mo. I was watching You tube videos about sciatica and trying all different movements and stretches, but all to no avail. I'm going to incorporate this in my daily life and hopefully I will never have another episode again.

      You're welcome:) As a reminder, my videos are not muscle stretching, they are for movement retraining, nervous system retraining, so moving slowly through a small range with quality attention is the key for improvements!

    Thank you. Your neck exercises have really made a difference. I'm hoping now that this series will help with the sciatica pain too! You are a natural teacher. Curious to know whether the Feldenkrais method has been successful in treating tinititis. If so, at some stage, would you mind sharing some exercises to help with this also. 😊❤

    • @TaroIwamoto
      @TaroIwamoto  Рік тому +4

      Thank you for your comment and question:) I don't personally know a lot about tinititis and how movement patterns relate to it. However, many who watch my neck videos have told me that they helped with their tinititis. Possibly the condition is related to tension in neck and shoulders, and anything that quiets down the nervous system and downregulates excessive muscular tension seems to help with it.

    I love your videos ,your excercises help me so much , much more than physio, massage or body stress release.
    I feel so much pressure on my lower back as I sit and work and my neck gets so sore.
    I take breaks to do some of your excercises they give me immediate relief 🙏😇
    Thank you 🙏 thank you for your brilliant work from a fan in Cape Town South Africa 🇿🇦

      Yes, like you I’ve learned from Taro small daily moves add up. I’m def more intentional and aware but not obsessed. I do still check in with a good PT who works with Taro’s videos but much less then before. Peace and health. ✌️

    Have we have to do all four exercises at one time? Please explain how to deal with them. What is the proper order/method to do these exercises.

    Today I awoke to this. I mentioned this issue in therapy. I was told I was fine in therapy, they also gave different advice for posture and breathing contrary to some of your teachings and others. Sadly this person works at one of the main rehabilitation centers in Michigan SMH! Thank you for following your heart! 😊! #EkletkNerd #MisterWalter

      Do what he’s doing. He sits on his hand briefly alt sides. As he says focus is learn to not always sit on same side.

    What if you can’t sit because of Craniocervical instability or even lie on your back because whole spine is stuck in hyperextension and SI joint is stuck causing sciatica?

      i'm curious if your neck is so unstable that you cannot sit, do you have to wear a rigid cervical collar?

    Why does my coccyx burn when I shift my bottom from side to side? And how do I get rid of coccyx pain?

    • @TaroIwamoto
      @TaroIwamoto  Рік тому +1

      I cannot tell you exactly why, but that could be due to nerve sensitivity. I would try to move more gently and less and more slowly so you can do these movements without that symptom if possible.
