For factions with unique confederations such as the dwarfs with their grudges or greenskins when defeating the faction leader, you are able to easily inherit high XP armies, free of upkeep. You don't have to pay for any of the troops in the lord's army. Its cheesy, but you can get free doomstacks by just recruiting the unit into those armies. An example of this: set the dwarf's as the endgame crisis, enable diplomacy with endgame crisis factions, set the endgame to start between turn 10-20, and hop around the greenskin faction you start at war with until the crisis begin. Then defeat the greenskins twice and you'll have 4 full XP endgame armies free of upkeep. You have to choose the confederation option when presented though!

But you can just eradicate huge portions of land at once, they will run out of settlements eventually. And beastmen are actually pretty good against skaven in battle. And yeah, 70 turns, geez. You can destroy the entire world in 70 turns.
@shmekelfreckles8157 I cleared out the entire Chaos wastes, the entire left side of the map, the donut, and was in full military alliances with the major skaven factions.
