I love looking in people's pantries and refrigerator's! Thanks for letting us take a peek. Yes, I'm a mustard girl as well. I walked to the farmers market this morning and bought some fresh apples, grapes and the best potatoes ever. I LOVE talking to the owners of the farms and they love talking about their farms and everything they sell. It's something I fully support - and it's all organic. Happy Birthday to you and your husband!

@Lee Angelo , chuckling 😉....I have a rescue dog and while her daily dog food isn’t vegitarian, you should see her come running when I get out the romaine, to say nothing of the cucumbers, celery, tomatoes, carrots and the list goes on! Crazy how much she LOVES vegies ....and when I go out to the garden she beats me to both the peas and green beans if I’m not careful! And did I mention huckleberries??? Wow! She has a great nose for finding berries and she picks them herself even!!! I took several videos of her picking with me, what a hoot!

You should try buying your dried beans, lentils etc at the bulk food store. They are a lot cheaper than buying them in small packages. Also I like to keep the essentials like dried beans ahead for about 2 to 3 months supply in case a disaster emergency happens, then there will be basic staple food to get through it.

I just wanted to take a second and let you know that your videos have been so incredibly helpful for me. I'm 51 and started my WFPB journey on 08/24/17. Your videos have been so wonderful to refer to. I've made several of your recipes and especially the salad dressings and hummus. Just wanted to say thanks! Keep 'em coming! ;)

Gail Bender I am the same... 54 yr old & started Nutitarian about 2 months ago, akthough Ive been trying to eat mostly vegan for a year! I made Jills hummus tonight - BEST hummus Ive ever had!!! Its such an exciting time, learning about new products (tahini, curry paste, tamarind paste) and a better, healthier way to eat. And I have to say, I FEEL GREAT... tons more energy, clearer mind & better mood. Im a LIFER!!!❤️👍 Nice to see you (& other 50-yr-olds) on here, learning new things! xo

Thank you, even though I haven’t started eating well yet. We have a whole other family living (that I also cook dinner for) with us due to a house fire. As soon as they are back home I am starting this way of eating. I feel horrible and need to stop taking care of everyone else and take the time to take care of myself, it’s a must. I’ve been watching your videos so I will be ready. Thanks again 🙏

Thank you for helping me. I’m on a restricted 🚫 salt intake so I only have salt that’s already naturally in food! Have not made the complete switch to plant based but through watching you I’m learning and I thank you for all your recipes! You truly are a life savior. The sweet potato bread I’m curious about haven’t had bread in months I’ve realized all the junk I put in my body. I’m weaning myself off of meat! With your help I see that being no problem. Thank you for all your dedication

Your recipes are great inspiration, but even better, your calm and soothing demeanor make these videos a joy to watch. I am curious-- you say that you have switched away from soymilk. Hi Jill, your videos remain amazing, I use them to share with new vegans. I learned about a year ago that cauliflower leaves are so delcious and nutritious, hope you are enjoying them already or try them when you can! I have been discarding them all these years because I didn't know they were edible all along.
