coolguy talks about it in his video on pyro propellant, jolting feedback has a little internal cooldown, and being amplified not only decreases shots to jolt but also removes the cooldown
I just realized we got a reworked super per class that gives super energy. Curaiss with melee kills while amplified, skull of dire ahamkara with devour kills, and raijus with jolt kills
There is technically (or vaguely) a version of this on arclock and its Delicate Tomb + Fallen Sunstar, Electrostatic Mind + Lightning Surge and Spark of Discharge (for more traces), Ions (for even more traces), Shock (jolt nades), and Beacons (blind on special/heavy ammo arc kills while amplified, which would be all the time with Electrostatic Mind). Super will be of your own choice, I prefer Chaos Reach ofc. You'll be pumping out Ionic Traces like no tomorrow + a lot of uptime on lightning surge and practically endless armor charge with the current artifact mods (or escalating charge once it goes away) and a lot of blinding splosions with the fragment + delicate tomb why fallen sunstar? shrimple. double the ability gains from traces (25% nade / melee recharge & 30% on class ability) alternate use will be crown of tempests, as that also boosts super regen rate, 502.5% increase ability and super regen at max stacks of the exotic, which comes from arc ability kills or jolt kills
I remember running this😂 it’s not the most optimal in the world but it’s so fun to see you dump all your abilities and see them recharge almost instantly with just a few delicate tomb kills
I also thought of this build, I suggest using the prospector as a heavy and "post signal" as a weapon in the first slot, elevation is also very fun, i use that instead of flow state
I have the same auto rifle roll and it does feel great to use, however in higher end content I prefer to use the seasonal pulse rifle with jolting feedback because it hits harder, also dark aether is crazy good.
Cool vid. I typically run blinding nades on arc hunter. Just so much utility and amped. 9:35 font of wisdom > a second hands on mod. I know nobody really runs it but me, but it's a +30 int buff, which is almost constantly up if everybody is making orbs and it doesn't rely on melee kills.
It's actually broken or potentially the exotic text is incorrect. Coolguy put out a video after testing and it appears it only works with specifically blinded adds and is inconsistent regardless.
@marceletta he means blinding from external source. Some of the inconsistency is because the lightning strikes can kill without jolting, so you don't get any super refund from those enemies
Ive farmed second encounter for hours and hours just about every day of the week trying to get jolting feedback with either attrition orbs, stratagist, or eddy current. Havent gotten any of these combos, but have gotten plenty auto rifle rolls. Didnt know i could focus the auto rifle with secrets completions.will be doing that asap
unfortunately bungie have coded for the damage of abilities to apply their damage before arc debuffs, meaning, if anything, this is better in higher content where enemies dont get insta killed by your ult or lightning strikes since thats the only way to get the extra energy it talks about :/ the alternative is to throw a flashbang before ulting, but usually the flash kills everything anyway :// same issue lucky raspberry suffers from and they still haven't fixed it there so i dont expect this exotic to be anything but terribly inconsistent from now on.
Personally running the the new the stasis grenade launcher with the pulse rifle works wonders. There’s an artifact mod that amplifies arc abilities to those with a stasis debuff. Chill clip would work stupid wonders with this build. I most definitely will be trying this build out with the artifact mods I run
@@LlamaD2 I just went onto DIM to do a little check Said that it’s actually a smidge longer with Tempest and Combination together than if you had Tempest with Disorienting, which seems odd

Your only source of survivability will be the orbs of power, in higher endgame content your gonna need much more than just that, it's good for low to mid but that's about it
Hey you found the problem with every build that's arc and stasis where it's a pickup to heal why void solar and prismatic have been the meta for end game for years
Why not use Ascension instead of Tempest Strike? Then only 1 ability to juggle instead of 2 and it regens really fast. Has a similar effect range to Tempest Strike’s wave but in all directions
There was a bug a while back with eddy current not giving the proper reload speed when amplified, anyone know if it was fixed? I can't find any patch notes or people talking about it anywhere
I REALLY don't like raiju's because it feels like it's never working. I feel like the super energy gains you get from killing debuffed targets just flat out doesn't exist and I do not understand why sometimes you get 50% super energy back and sometimes you just get nothing. This exotic needs help. badly. Edit: CONFIRMED not working as intended. I hope they fix this exotic soon.
@@CJSTRO12 I’ve taken off the exotic and used the same abilities and am getting the same exact amount of super energy back killing jolted and blinded targets. I think it’s bugged. Try it out for yourself you might just be tricking yourself into thinking it’s working.

Hi, could someone explain why jolt feedback is that good? Because I use corrasion with voltshot and enlightened action, it reloads crazy fast with amplified, and it's jolting targets a looot faster imo, so maybe I'm missing something 🤔
As a Stasis main, I’m tired of seeing all this Stasis everywhere. I liked being that cool kid (no pun intended) that could ad clear like crazy on Hunter Revenant while everyone else ran whatever was meta.
Not too shabby at all. I will say I do think Jolting Feedback is a little bit overrated. I haven’t used it in delta content where I imagine it is more useful but no matter what unless it’s a beefy red bar or above it seems like at best jolt will apply as the red bar dies and probably won’t if they were hit by abilities before you shoot at them… which is applying jolt to them already. I think that’s the advantage Voltshot has most of the time you’re cleaning up what was already jolted and heavily injured by abilities and then you can turn to a different group if you don’t have abilities and have joy proc instantly and get multiple ticks on the other group if you don’t have an ability yet. IMO, Voltshot, if it’s even needed or choosing something else, I think Oversoul Edict or Corrasion are better choices because their origin traits are great for add clear and synergies with the build. Also, TBH, most builds tend to be in close range and I’ve been using the hell out of Brigand’s Law because sidearms hit the hardest and it gives you ability regen and/or fast reloads and jolting while killing fast (for a non exotic primary).
I really would love to believe it, but arc might be the weakest of them all, specifically because of the lack of dr (I’m aware of gifted conviction, and there is also a lack of heal)

Honestly, if the gifted conviction chess piece was actually worth something I would use it but I just I hate it because it doesn't really do anything other than let you survive and if you use it with prismatic it's essentially pointless and if you use it with arc you're way too dependent on it and you kinda have to struggle to build around it especially with the seasons changing the way they do.
