      Weight Barhta ghatta rehta hai . Have to keeep a check . Off track hojatay hain hum sab .
      But key is to get back on track the very next day again .

      Portion control..I changed my plate size
      Replaced my regular chai with green tea, cinnamon tea and Arabic coffee( I stay in ksa)
      Plus exercise....it helped me loose that stubborn belly fat

      I did it for a month . Then came back to normal balance healthy meals .
      I didnt gain any in that period. Lost 1.5 kgs .
      If I would have been regular with physical activity to aur behtar hota . Try karo .

      پانی تین سے چار کپ
      سیب دھو کر اچھی طرح سکھا لیں ۔اور چھلکے کے ساتھ چھوٹے ٹکڑوں میں کاٹ لیں اور ایک چینی یا شیشے کے جار میں ڈال دیں
      پانی ابال کے ٹھنڈا کرلیں اور اسمیں چینی ملا لیں اور سیب کے اوپر ڈالیں بس اوپر تھوڑی جگہ چھوڑ دیں
      اب اسکو اوپر سے صاف کپڑے سے coverکردیں
      اور کسی صاف جگہ پہ رکھ دیں
      اب روزآنہ لکڑی کے صاف چمچے کی مدد سے بس اوپر سے ہلکا ہلکا سیبوں کو اندر کی طرف push کرناہے
      اور واپس کپڑے سے cover کرنا ہے
