Most simple and less messy way is just take fresh collected cream ..put in juicer jug and add water and butter will come in short time without making dahi etc.. if cream is cold or little freeze use warm water...if cream is at room temp use cold water but no ice needed..

Very well explained even a professional dietition cannot do this, i have taken diet plans 4 times but was not able to implement because their hourly snacks munching plus weekly groceries and ended up getting demotivated , i am 70 kgs right now definately going to incorporate all these points from tomorrow insha Allah , will give feed back insha Allah you have given enough motivation to start from tomorrow
