    Very beautiful..
    May I ask, as a non-jewller, why do you keep acid-washing? Does that not end up eroding the details each time?

    • @SilverMeister
      @SilverMeister  3 роки тому

      It is a weak acid diluted in water.
      Clean for a while so as not to affect the body,
      Remove only the impurities you want to remove.
      I have been doing this for 30 years.
      Only in this way can you do the best work.

  • @Arctic_Falcon
    @Arctic_Falcon 3 роки тому

    Very nice work. How durable is the 24k gold foil once fused? Would regular polishing remove it?

    • @SilverMeister
      @SilverMeister  3 роки тому

      Keep the gold leaf permanent.
      Once attached, they are attached like one body.
      It cannot be removed.
      It is removed by physical grinding.
      Thanks!

    very beautiful work! Quick question why do you mix black pastel with the epoxy?

    • @SilverMeister
      @SilverMeister  3 роки тому +1

      When coral and pearls are attached, this is to make the attached part look naturally dark.
      This is to make the epoxy marks invisible.

    Very beautiful work, what do you glue the gold leaf with?

    • @SilverMeister
      @SilverMeister  3 роки тому

      Gold leaf does not use adhesive.
      It is fusion welding.
      After heat is applied to the silver, simply press and rub onto the silver.
      Heat is heated to 600-700 degrees Celsius.
      The thickness of the gold sheet,,,
      A postcard-sized gold sheet is about 3-4g.
      That's about the thickness.
      It is about the thickness of a regular paper.
      This is a unique method of work in Korea.
      Thanks !

    Is that genuine Coral very hard to get true natural Coral in Australia

    • @SilverMeister
      @SilverMeister  3 роки тому +1

      As far as I know, it won't be difficult to get real natural coral in Australia.
      but,
      Due to recent environmental protection, it may be difficult to obtain.
      The coral that I used,
      It was purchased and stored more than 20 years ago.

    Super nice work!!!please how thick is the gold leaf you use??

    • @SilverMeister
      @SilverMeister  3 роки тому +1

      When the size of the gold leaf is the size of a postcard, the weight is about 3-4g.
      That's about the thickness.
      Paper-like...

      Putting it in a stainless steel pot and washing it,
      Sulfuric acid 10% + water 90%.
      Warm it up to clean silver or copper (non-ferrous metals).

    목탄가루를 접착제와 섞는 이유는 무엇인가요?

    • @SilverMeister
      @SilverMeister  2 роки тому

      작업에 관한 내용의 경우,
      질문은 간단하지만 상세한 설명을 드리자면 글 몇자로는 부족합니다만,
      최대한 간단히 설명드리면,
      원형(구형)을 접착할때는 접착제의 양이 비교적 여유있게 사용되어져야 합니다.
      그러다 보면, 완성후 미관상 보여지게 되어 보기 싫게 되기도 합니다.
      검정색의 접착제를 사용하면, 좀 더 완성도 높게 표현할 수 있기에
      신경써서 퀄리티를 높여 작업한 것입니다.

      In my other videos, I have all the explanations you might be curious about.
      The translator is malfunctioning.
      Iron sticks are just iron sticks that are very hard and shiny.
      When silver and gold are rubbed with heat, they just stick to each other.
      This is a kind of fusion technique, and in Korea it is called "keum-boo" technique.
      Heating these metals to a temperature between 260~370°C increases
      the movement of the atoms.
      When pressure is added,
      this causes an electron exchange at the surface between the two metals,
      creating a permanent diffusion bond.
      This diffusion bond occurs far below
      the soldering temperature for either metal (Dhein, 2004).

      This ring can no longer be made.
      It is because it does not have natural coral.

      Available only in Korea.

      Currently, custom-made products are only available in Korea.
      When you're ready to sell it abroad,
