It would be great to see a video about what makes the Eagle One better than other espresso machines. For instance, I don't even know if it's a double boiler? Rotary pump? Temperature control at the grouphead? The basics. Thanks.

This is too sales pitch for my liking. Reading from a prompter is a turn off. I prefer to hear the specifics and details as to what make this machine unique. I am considering this machine and three others and having research material for potential customers would be more useful
