the design looks so ass compared to the original, should have just kept the clean aesthetics instead of cheap plastic-y buttons and lever. and please just give me a mechanical dial/meter not some LED display that I wont look at after the first two weeks.

James hurt his reputation with this review. It may be beautiful, but not ready for prime time, especially with their crappy VA service to non-commercial customers.

What a hassle just to increase or decrease a dose. Complexity for no reason.

It turns out using an app to access features was a very BAD idea. The company can disable access to the app leaving you without important features. Currently the app has been disabled for over a month!! Care to comment on this? Or perhaps you can relay user frustration to the company?? I really can’t recommend anyone purchase this machine at this point.
