I had my 1st hair transplant a year ago and my Dr. Advised me to apply topical minoxidil for 1 year on my transplanted hair.
And a few days ago, I had my 2nd hair transplant from a different Doctor just to add density to my previous hair transplanted hair but this 2nd Doctor advised me not to use minoxidil on my transplanted hair even though I told him I was with Minoxidil for 1 year already.
Now, my concern is, I've been using minoxidil for 1 year on my Transplanted hair and if I will stop using Minoxidil per my 2nd Doctor's advice, for sure my transplanted hairs that are minoxidil dependant will fall off for sure.
Should I just continue using Minoxidil?
Thank you much!
That’s a tough one. Pretty much everyone says that once you go off Minoxidil the hair will start falling again. I would keep using it. Idk why your second doctor told you otherwise because most surgeons I’ve seen recommend using it. Maybe take a break after your second transplant, wait 2-3 months, and go on it again. I’m 2 months post op and I started using a topical Minoxidil/Finasteride combo after 1 month. No results yet as in still early in recovery but it can’t hurt. Best of luck.
@@am3818 how are the results? It’s been a year now for you!
Good video
Plz make a video on finastride after hair transplant.
Do you know why Regaine Foam for Men is restricted to age 49. I’m 52, with no underlying medical condition, so is it safe to take?
I got HT because I didn't want to be taking all these horrible chemicals
How r u doing? And how's ur hair?
@@bigtime9231 the hair looks good and natural. Istanbul is the place to go they do so many of these procedures each day they are very experienced. Follow the after care instructions and be patient
@@IndecentExposure. thanks for the reply brother ...i still have some queries would you mind answering it? 😅
@@bigtime9231 I don't know there's much else I can tell you. Don't pay for the needle-free anaesthetic it doesn't work just know that part will be sore
When did you do your HT. Are you taking any medicine. I have heard that you should take medicine even after HT otherwise the HT hairs will also lose.
I am facing acute itching and reddish scalp and inflammation for using 5% applying minoxidil . What should I do ....
Stop using it
Try using the foam
Try using foam base minoxidil or alcohol free minoxidil
I have been using minoxidil since last 2 years and finestride since last 1 year
Can I stop minoxidil and continue 🔥 with finestride
Is this good?
