I’m a drug and alcohol addict in recovery and my addiction has transferred to working out and being productive and have to see a psychologist about it. Trauma causes a hole that needs to be healed and I hope one day she realizes stuffing a bunch of scratch offs and legos in that hole only makes it worse.

It’s honestly nasty when people say they regress then laugh or goose screech like she does and make fun of it. Regression makes it to where I can relax and unwind and it’s not funny. Sometimes when I’m in a bad headspace and I’ll cry and wail and get really clingy and sit in my fiancés lap and nothing he does will console me. I’m surprised that she hasn’t used Lamictal as an excuse for not moving around. When you aren’t consistent with taking Lamictal it effs you up. I take it and my dosages have been messed up for a few weeks. My legs and arms hurt. I can’t describe it but it’s a weird sensation/feeling. It hurts/numb/cold/feels like they don’t work right. I have been extra lazy because my body feels like absolute garbage. Luckily l, I’m getting my meds tomorrow and I can start feeling better in about a week or so.

I’m surprised that she hasn’t used Lamictal as an excuse for not moving around. When you aren’t consistent with taking Lamictal it effs you up. I take it and my dosages have been messed up for a few weeks. My legs and arms hurt. I can’t describe it but it’s a weird sensation/feeling. It hurts/numb/cold/feels like they don’t work right.
I have been extra lazy because my body feels like absolute garbage. Luckily l, I’m getting my meds tomorrow and I can start feeling better in about a week or so.
