I agree, WW is so convoluted and silly compared to just normal calorie/macro tracking. I did some quick internet googling as well and found an estimate that 1 point = roughly 50 calories which means 78 points is roughly 3900 calories a day (and we all know ALR always goes over her points by a LOT) so its no wonder WW never works for her. She's setting herself up for failure but I guess she knows nutrition better than all of us so 🤷♀
Im pretty sure she lies about her weight which is why she gets so many points. I hate how she sets herself up for failure everytime
I think the WW is just for vloggmas. Just like the weight loss surgery. It's just for a month.
one time ambs used some formula that got 90 something with free chickeeeeeeeeeeeeen. anyway the ww formulas are not meant for overtly morbidly obese anyway, they got some thing about it somewhere on their page.

She has said in the past that she uses her highest weight as her current weight because she wants it to show her total loss ever.. so the points are based on 572.4 and not her current weight and then she still goes over .. by a lot by the end of the week. All WW is, is an excuse to say “I’m doing SOMETHING” and give wifey / others hope. She doesn’t change much from her normal eating - if at all- while on WW. And she definitely doesn’t work out…
