This song reminds me of the life that I had before I had four back surgeries that has made me little more than a cripple. The saddest part is that if I had not had those surgeries I probably would have been a lot better off than I am now. So, to me, this song reminds me of the life that I had before the surgeries and the downward cycle that I have had and now, almost no life at all. Yes, I am down "in it."
Linda Van Galder I was the same, failed back surgery, a life of godawful pain then the insane amount of opioids I ended up on. Lost my friends, my mind, was in a bad way. Then I had a Spinal Cord Stimulator implant and it actually fucking worked! I didn’t expect it to but I hoped it would help. I’m easily in 80% less pain than I was. I came to NIN n other raw pissed off music back then, I’m back here now cos tho I’m in much less pain, I’m coming off the last of my Fentanyl and it’s a bitch. Ive got rid of the 100ml Oramorph I was on a day-for years, and have been weaning myself off the Fentanyl patches. Then it’s Gabapentin Diazepam and Amitriptyline and I’ll be free. I used to feel like I had a migraine in my back, like a dog was gnawing my bones and I just had t ride it out. Without my family I’d have just drunk all my morphine and packed in. This SCS implant, I just heard about from a neighbour who’s brother in law had one successfully done, I wasn’t told about them by a doctor, I argued my way into a referral and after years of nothing working, summat did. So whenever I come across someone crippled with pain I have t mention it in case it’s an option for them. Really hope you find something that works.🤞🤘
@@Wrenn180 Is that covered by insurance, even Medicaid or Medicare? Most people with back pain bad enough to need it, haven't been working and are too broke to pay for it.

Prince. New wave Rage.Beginning of grungish...had a blast. Best part was the hottest dude there, with colored Mokawk and sleeved tatooed arms walked up to ME..his entourage of scantily dressed females in tow of course...and handed ME a huge BOUQUET. OF BALLOONS!!!
