If you want to attract commercial laundry business, direct mail and cold calling are not the way to go. Instead, focus on providing an outstanding service that will get potential clients talking. Once you've got a few satisfied customers, word will spread

There are two parts to a strong web presence, one is what goes in the website. The second part is your online presence outside of your website. We make top notch websites made just for laundromats and also provide guidance on how to do the stuff outside of the website too. Feel free to give us a call 562.533.0053 or go to curbsidelaundries.com for more info

I have a question that you may have covered before, but if I have a 3,500 square ft building, how many of each size washers and dryers I should consider in a new mat. We will have drop off and pick up & delivery. We’ve chatted on the phone about your software we’ll be buying next year. I want to go after hotel & other commercial accounts too.

There's a lot to unpack there. In store self serve customers like the bigger machines. But for most wash and fold orders, they are about 40 pounds and we split the clothes into whites, lights, and darks, so we don't really use the bigger machines as much as for PUD in terms of % of orders. The one thing that is often overlooked is storage space. As things ramp up, nobody ever has enough storage space, but everyone somehow makes do

Sorry but most people ignore the top 3 search results as they are paid for.

Good to hear. What country are you in? The biggest challenge when we first started was creating awareness for pickup and delivery. The easiest way to create the market is to market to what people are already looking for. So if there already is a market for wash and fold, it's easier to convert those people into pickup and delivery than to start from scratch.
