That would be a 3/4 polyrhythm, since 3 quarter notes has the same duration as 4 dotted eights. But both rhythms would be in the same meter. It is called a polymeter, when there is at least 2 meters..
For the intro, you either follow jens, who follows the snare which is in 7/8 or you can follow the guitars and guitarist in 4/4. For the following part, I prefer headbanging with the hi-hat (4/4).
They claim that their songs are mostly built around rimple 4/4 rhythms, that they just dress up a bit more particularly; they claim to not think in terms of strict polyrhythms. So, I'd say, try to find an implicit 4/4 rhythm in there somewhere; I think it's there, but maybe I'm hearing things, this shit is pretty intense.

Yes I'm learning bleed on drums and hands are in 4/4 and that is the pulse of the song but the feet do every other time sig and hake only says everything he does is in 4/4 ... So talented its not even hard to do the poly-meter beats... I want that ease in drumming
