I can't believe how huge the Stillgoods store is. I could literally spend the entire day in there. And the remarkable prices are a collectors dream. This store has so many beautiful things to purchase. Looking at all the dish patterns reminds me of what my grandmother did for her table. She purchased 12 different patterns of dinner plates so you could chose which one you wanted to eat on. I'm not sure who in our family inherited them but she always had a beautiful table setting for special occasions and holidays. Thank you for taking us along to see this fabulous store.

Loved seeing the Herend. I was given a few pieces by my first mother in law. The family came to the Uk in 1956. Nothing with them apart from a backpack of clothes …and the Herend! X
They had their priorities straight with the Herend. What a story! Got my first Herend piece at a German fleamarket a couple of years ago.

Another great shop with you, as always beautiful items. Since watching your channel I now scoop up vases and when I give flowers I put them in the vase my family and friends love it as sometimes they don't have enough vases.

I absolutely loved this visit to Stillgoode what a fabulous store. I was suprised to see the Lismore biscuit barrel I have that exact one I found at a resale store in Denver for $5. When we lived there quite a few years ago. They obviously didn't realize it was Waterford as it was not very clean. I liked the design and after a good wash in hot soapy water I realized it was Waterford. I have learned a lot from your videos as you explain the back stamps and that is very helpful when antique shopping. Take good care until next week

I received the complete set of Chantilly Sterling silver with the box for a wedding present from my mother in 1979.I certainly don’t use it for every day however I tried once my children were grown and gone, but I’m harder on things than I realized. I lost a couple of forks and a spoon got caught in the disposal, so I packed it up and put it away and will give it to my daughter at some point in my life …which I better hurry because I’m getting up there. 🤭😮👵🏻
I can relate! A Sterling Christofle "Perles" demitasse spoon got mangled in our disposal. Put a mesh strainer in your sink, and enjoy your Chantilly.

Wondering if you may know why Waterford Clarendon green hock glasses don’t have an etch mark on them. Is that normal? Would that mean they aren’t real?
Sometimes, Waterford misses the mark. Each piece should have the acid etched stamp, including all parts to a chandelier.

I still can’t believe it, I found the Lismore pitcher in perfect shape at the goodwill for $8. I had just learned about Waterford and the etched name stamp. I love using it!
