Man thank you so much for this video I'll have to go back and try this again. Think my is between the timing and the camshaft sensor coz when I start the it had very low power and it couldn't hold the idle and it's hesitant
Aww man thanks for pointing that out! I really can't say how I didn't catch that in edit, I swear I knew what I was doing in part 1. ua-cam.com/video/LPfgwnomZWA/v-deo.html
What is the position of the crank and cam when installing? Should I put crank at TDC on the mark and the cam on the mark of compression stroke? Or do you turn the crank a few degrees btdc?
Use high temp paint if you can but you can paint it with any spray paint, regular spray paint will fade pretty quick tho. If you ever watch car restoration shows, they just spray paint motors all the time! It's no problem!
the Cylinder Head basically overheated and warpped the aluminum causing high and low spots across the bottom of the head, so the head is no longer touching the head gasket in some places no longer holding compression or separating the cylinders from the coolant and oil jackets.
Ok cool thank you! I think my valve stem seals are leaking.. its leaving a cloud of smoke after idle.. (already replaced turbo) im trying to get as much info as posible before getting started on this head removal.

Cylinders are counted as 1, 2, 3, 4 from the cam gear... you have 2 & 3 reversed.

the angle of the my camera might make it look off a bit but the marks should all line up perfectly
So do I need to take the exhaust manifold off ?
ua-cam.com/video/LPfgwnomZWA/v-deo.html 23:10 I show you in part 1
What did you use to spray paint it? Any spray paint work? Is it ok to paint?

What is the problem that coolant enters the cylinders?

Why did you put water on? You are going to destroy your engine again 🤦♂️
this is really really bad, did you even check is head flat? puting head back with no re surfacing is no go.
Do you have to remove turbo to remove head?.. i did t see it in thevid..
nope, just the 3 exhaust manifold bolts shown @ 17:45
ua-cam.com/video/LPfgwnomZWA/v-deo.html here's part 1 the removal
