Not sure how long ago you had Covid but it took a mental toll on my husband. He had it early on the in the pandemic pre-vaccines and was quite ill. Maybe it affected him down to his micro biome because he was alone sobbing at the end of it all. I didn’t find out until later. So give yourself time to recover from whatever ails you - we are complex beings! 🤗

This is a great way for me to try and get back into knitting! I look at this as a way to try these different stitches and not be committed to making just one item, like a piece of clothing. I tried making the knit hat you started with and I had to restart way too many times and just eventually gave up. Knitting is way more challenging for me than crochet, but I think making all these smaller motifs will be fun and a great way to use up some scrap yarn too! Thank you. I’ll be working the crochet version simultaneously.
