    I cannot wait until Friday for my 1-2-1 with you. Followed Vimeo training which give me a great start. But need to be observed and coached now.

      @@adamwalker32 thats brilliant I am from North Lincolnshire but live in mallorca I am going back to Lincolnshire to visit family next week , how much notice do you need to book a 1-2-1 session with you, I have a history or sport and running marathons and half marathons but wanted to get into triathlon but the swim always put me off as I couldn't do the breathing part but I have been teaching myself to swim with breathing tecnique over the past year , I would like to learn more about your tecnique as I have signed up for a half ironman distance triathlon next year and live on the beach so in the ideal place to practice 😀

    I hurt my back when using the hip. Must do something wrong.

      It’s the feet to roll not twisting the back. Yeh back definitely shouldn’t hurt.

    Too much talk and no show... You just show the same thing over and over. We just see a dude swiming. You need to show underwater footage, slow motion etc... further, from this video here, it seems a normal , conventional style of crawl. And cut the talk a notch...
