Hey shaan. What to do when symptoms come up in the workplace? When panic happens i can't focus on any work and i would need a space for me but on the job its hard. Its hard to hide it around people and hard even say the truth that i often get panicky symptoms.

Thank you Shaan. I fell into the cycle about a month ago today . I am still having symptoms and some intrusive thoughts. But all your preaching about acceptance and letting go has made all the difference to wear I am fully back to
Living my life . And no matter if my symptoms are there i am still going to do these things I was always able to do before I fell in the cycle and that has made all the difference. I still have some ways to go but I trust there will be total freedom from this. To anyone who is frustrated or feeling trapped still. Instead of being being frustrated with yourself try to find love and protection for your anxiety . Thank your anxiety for trying to keep you safe . But let your anxiety know it’s your time now to protect it and that you will
Be the one in control of your life now . Good luck to everyone !

Boy, I can resonate with all 10 , especially points 4 and 7 about integrity, being honest with yourself and boundaries. A big cause of my anxiety was the fake mask I had been wearing, faking my liking or tolerance for people and things I didn't actually like or respect, people pleasing, putting myself last, lack of boundaries, not being able to say "No" or expressing how I was actually feeling, caring too much about my "image" and not about what I was actually feeling, not living my authentic self .. and it took a toll on my body, I was living in so much fear, no wonder my body and mind started crying out and then shut down.

This is very simple after 3 or 4 deep acceptance practice
Ok when shortness of breath start or you feel internally say plz plz stop my breath just i want to stop my breath with full or braveness (it like literally death experience) you have to repeat this especially in night
Just loos your body close your eyes and practice with deeply
Brother and sister when you practice this your breath being normal and after some days of practice you have confidance that it just waist of time it's just anxiety nothing else
I have experience this think almost 4 years but when I practice and provoke all become normal TRUST ME
Just try to lean Dr.clear weeks method who is creak the code of of anxiety

It is not a time bound target that you have to achieve. Practise Shaan's method and read Claire weeks. It will go away slowly on its own if you are putting the required effort.

Hi shaan, I am suffering from anxiety and DPDR symptoms for so long, but I know that In my case my symptoms arise when I try to study, or do other activities which require some thinking. However these symptoms seem to improve when I do these same activities without getting anxious or hypervigilant. Does anxiety improve if we expose ourselves to anxious situations? Is this correct way to progress?

It's for people who are new and have bo idea what's happening. If you've gathered knowledge of basic limbic system misfire, you know that showing your brain through counter actions and attach no fear to the symptoms is the key.
