Shaan, I'm paying close attention and am so happy you are sharing this stuff! I can relate to everything you are saying and nobody will find anything better on this most personal issue, than your videos. Appreciate you, dear fellow!
I only started with panic attacks/ anxiety while withdrawing from sertraline, coming off this drug has scared the life out of me! Tapered for 6 months anxiety started 3 months after last dose! Thank you for helping me understand and deal with my symptoms, Shaan without your videos I don’t know what I’d do
Sertraline gave me a panic attack when I was withdrawing from it. I felt my feet and hands as if I had rubbed icy hot on them. It was very frightening, Lexapro has been the best fit for me even though I don't take anything now. I tried Ashwaganda but it elevated my liver enzymes so I stopped taking it
Shaan, this is all the truth. Medication made me much worse. Supplements weren't helpful. It was learning to be with the feelings. And not being scared of feeling anxious. It's so counterintuitive. But it does work.
I am fortunate to have a great psychiatrist for the last 15 years, but I’ve definitely had some bad ones. He is thoughtful and we talk things out to come to an informed decision. I was off meds for quite a bit of time and it wasn’t good.
Nice video to tie up the loose ends. Desperation helps people see what means the most to them. Myself included. I still find myself doing it even now and have to step back and have the third me step up and say okay, but lets just wait 24 hours and see if I'm still ready to jump in that direction.❤😊
Desperation was in reference to taking meds. I did for 38 years and when I went off I found myself back exactly where I was before I started the meds. New journey, just some rewrites from the original path.

They told me I'd be on them for life, basically treated it like an antidepressant. I am now suffering bad with anxiety/panic attacks & agoraphobia which hit me about 6 years ago. I'm pissed at myself that I didn't question it. I am now working with a psychiatrist to taper off the xanax. Been following you and am loving the videos. Truth is, there are long terms affects of SSRI's and other drugs. I highy recommend watching Dr. Horowitz's videos on UA-cam. He's got a Phd. in Psychiatry and has done the work on looking into all published data and has A LOT of good info. Then, people go right back on because they assume it's because they're depressed/ anxious again.
As someone who has been on and off SSRIs many times, I totally agree with what he is saying in this video. I made way too big of a deal out of it, and sadly I even got sucked down the rabbit hole of thinking meds were the devil and thinking my anxiety was being caused by a protracted withdrawal and obsessing about it. Jesus has placed it on my heart to share the Gospel, gospel means good news! Jesus, God the Son the Son of God, died, and spilled His precious blood, on the cross to pay the price for our sins. He was buried and on the third day rose from the dead just like the scriptures said He would. Salvation is a gift from God, please accept it now if you haven't already by BELIEVING in what Jesus did for us. The rapture of the Church, when saved people are called up to Heaven to be with the Lord, is imminent. Then the people who are left here are still given one more chance, they will be offered a mark in their right hand or forehead DO NOT TAKE THE MARK, people who take the mark of the beast will go to Hell for Eternity. People will not be able to buy or sell without this mark, but those who do not take it will be beheaded for their faith. Accept your salvation today, through faith by grace, if you have not accepted it.

@@deniselove3849 how do you feel now?
Hi I have symptoms 24/7 also. I went through an anxiety period back in the 80’s but symptoms were much different than they are this time. The last time the anxiety always would get better in the evenings I felt no anxiety as soon as the night fall would come. I felt like anxiety was not even there. Just the far away thought of until the next day would start. But I recovered fully about a year after I knew what I had. I was anxiety free and happy for over a decade!!
Meditation not fix ocd or anxiety someway it can help but it can't replace professional treatment
Thank you for this video. I was on meds for only a few months and it helped get better. I also change my life completely to the point of even cutting off most of my friends to start a new life fresh. I even change religion. It helped recover and heal 💙💙
