I like the clinch knot but my preferred not is the polymer not I love fishing with the polymer I use it on all of my lures all of them but thank you for that Roland I like it double clean it's looks to be really really strong I'll have to try it and see and see how it works
I use the improved one for anything not a leader. For the leader i use a double slip knot. If i am at home i use ca glue on the leader. For braid i use the double the line and make a knot and go around the hook and pull it tight. 😂

Trilene knot works better on mono and floro and it is quicker to tie, just like a clinch knot only you loop it through the eye twice. On braid I use a palomar knot.
I fish a lot in the st John's river just south of 192 and the fishing has been horrible. The water is high and moving sort of fast any ideas for better luck in these conditions?

I palomar pretty much everything because it's the easiest to tie when it's windy. (I also don't know any other knots)

A stronger knot than the palomar is the double pitzen knot 😉

and there's a loop cinch thats even easier the the double or improved
