Dr B, I think you should do the Canadian label/packaging info in French too. I have been to Quebec and I loved finding out about French-Canadian culture and also made an effort to speak in my very basic French. French Canadians should not be treated like 2nd class citizens. Besides, those of us who love languages like reading labels in French and other languages, it's good practice for the brain and languages are so fascinating. The product labels should definitely respect the fact that Canada has 2 languages, both beautiful, interesting and amazing. It was such a great experience to visit Canada and the first places I wanted to see was Montreal and Quebec and they didn't disappoint - great memories of places and people
Damn I missed it live again. It’s weird, I never get notified even though notifications are on. Most informative channel on the internet. Dr. Bulsiewicz has become my favorite Dr. at least top 3
Dear Chuck, I just wanted to say Thank You for introducing Dr. Bulsiewicz! And Dr. B, I want to say thank you to you for your book: I gave it to a friend (63, female) who suffers from Parkinson’s and a chronic inflamed colon since she’s a teenager. She trusts her unfortunately not-too-bright doctor who wants to remove parts of her colon now and I gave her your ”Fiber-Fueled“ book. She NEVER knew there was a connection between food & her diseases and she got so much better so quickly that she was able to postpone her surgery date from this month to next year... and hopefully she’ll be able to cancel the surgery completely!
Advice for flatulence: (1.) Chew Beano tablets BEFORE the first bite of any legume containing food. The package says 1 tablet; I take 5 or 6. (2.) If gas still occurs, take Gax-X (simethicone). Once again, take extra. (3.) Slow way down and chew thoroughly. (4.) Follow with adequate liquid. (5.) Take Metamucil to firm up and add bulk to stools.
I'd like to find out more about how to prevent having a huge tummy on a WFPB way of eating. Even slim people can have this bloated "baby" tummy that just sticks out and ruins your feelings of wellbeing and confidence, not to mention it makes you look weird whatever clothes you wear and is deeply depressing... I've even thought about giving up on this way of eating, which I don't want to do but when I was an omnivore my tummy was slim and flat because my portions were small (I also had horrible food cravings that eventually triggered bingeing so I don't want to go back to that either)

Alternative to psyllium that also contains a mix of soluble & insoluble fiber and tastes good: chicory root. Yes, of coffee substitute fame (for which it is roasted). It contains inulin, pectin, cellulose and hemicellulose. Unfortunately, its extract (inulin) is easier to find, but if you can grow it or find it raw/whole (dried, whether ground or not), it's an effective and tasty alternative to psyllium.
Great intro!! 😃 Can’t wait to get 38Tera in 🇨🇦 until then I may get it shipped to a US friend 😉 Personally I’m happy we have strict guidelines for supplements etc. Not perfect, but way better than other countries.
As a farmer, you need good soil for germination and growth of your best crop seeds. Eat good food (soil) for good microbibiota no meter from where you get de seeds. Don't desifect your fruits and vegetables.
Food is heated up pre freezing or canning to deactivate enzymes not kill bacteria. Wonder if dr B has any data to show blanching kills off bacteria or prebiotics.
Is it better to eat all plant foods and fruits separately? If so, how long after eating food should we eat fruits? Please note;, I am strongly allergic to words, feeding and consuming.😢 Feeding is associated with animals, while consumption refers to the purchase and use of non digestible and digestible foods and items such as refrigerators, washing machines, and similar products, often tracked in statistics.
I didn't know store bought cider comes with the mother. What if there is no mother- orphan - in the fermented fruit ? Since most of the world is using SI system, and your viewers are international, how about using centigrade and grams ? It seems Dr. Will's Niacin just kicked in before the program.😊
That bromance between Chuck and Will is a beautiful thing 🥰

Love Dr B and 38Tera!

I'd love a deep dive into post biotics.
Wow! That was quite the intro! 🎉
This was very helpful , please can I ask what about 'Collagen', do vegans need supplements of this for good health?
Thank you !
Dr B rules and so does chuck.
I'd like to see Dr B v Carnivore Coach.
I'm 100% plant-based. What is Spindrift?
I looked it up, too. It’s a canned drink like seltzers :)
I would lik a comparison to the ZOE supplement recently released. Are they similar. And, is dr b still affiliated with ZOE?
What about all the salt in so many fermented foods?
Shame we can't buy in UK yet.
Love it
Skip the first 3 minutes if you want to skip the chit chat.
stir fried cabbage is a great prebiotic.

Yes if you eat fruits with vegetables the food will ferment in the stomach and contaminate the blood .
They should be eaten at separate meals like 5 hours apart
There is no reason to worry about mixing of fruit and other plant foods. There's a reason salads are recommended. Just eat the stuff.
I didn't know store bought cider comes with the mother.

Is this an ad?
I love Dr Will, but why's he doing that weird stuff with his hair?!
What he did? His hair just nice
Must be a toupee.
Totally agree- his hair looked badly dyed! Eat natural and leave your hair "NATURAL" too Dr. B.
I don't eat any plants! What will happen to me?
Most likely heart disease, but cancer is also an option.
