Chicago Deepdish Pizza

For my friends in New York, Here is a video with detailed instructions on how to cook a deepdish pizza. This recipe turned out great, and really has the taste and texture of a decent restaurant here in Chicago. It is just a simple Cheese pizza, but sometimes that is the best way to get a feel for how good a recipe it is.

So this is obviously not "On Brand" for my UA-cam Channel. This started out being a joke, I was going to create a video talking about how much better Chicago Pizza was than New York Pizza, primarily to make people I work with angry, but, it turned into just a really good video on how to make a Chicago deep dish pizza. This thing really tasted great, and in my opinion, was restaurant quality(in Chicago). That is pretty cool, because I don't have any special equipment to do this. I have a pan, a mixer and an oven. The pan is optional, and the mixer isn't required, and everyone has an oven. So, I hope you make and enjoy this. Thanks for watching!

The one I used is 14 inch. But a smaller one would work too, if you wanted less pizza. You could probably cut the recipe in half and be ok. Anything larger and you probably couldn't lift the pan LOL.
