5:20 the original story for fallout 3 was your character joining the BOS and fighting the super mutant threat, you weren’t going to have anything to do with project purity and would find your dad in vault 87 after being captured by mutants and becoming a failed FEV experiment and he would ask you to end his suffering
Something probably common to both Fallout and Elder Scrolls is that when a character is talking to you 'telepathically', there is a named NPC hidden someplace inaccessible. That NPC is the source of the voice. During Point Lookout when I got stuck somewhere and had to noclip, I found a Pulowski fallout box with an invisible NPC called The Brain
Yeah I found him not to long ago apparently when I explored Point Lookout after setting the Jammer up a tribal spawned in the shelter with brain constantly killing him it was funny as he'll to witness but I kill both so I wouldn't see it again
The funniest example of this is in Skyrim. During the whispering door, you talk to a daedra who is talking from behind a door. If you noclip past the door, you find out that you're character is talking to a box.
One of my favourite cut concepts was that Tranquility Lanes was originally built under a bowling alley before it became a car garage. Rest in Peace Adam Adamowicz, your contribution to fallout and elder scrolls will never be forgotten and your art and all it inspired will last forever to keep your memory alive.
the cut loading screen was probably just an example of how they originally wanted the loading screens to look. and i mean the text isnt wrong the BoS are constantly fighting off mutants being created in vault 87
I played this game so many times, even looked up guides to find secerts that I missed, modded the game like crazy, created the perfect character and still missed a lot. Nice video!!!
I don't think anybody knew about the ant nest's, I've never seen any UA-camr mentioning about the friendly Ants and the rivalry between them, Fallout 3 is such a great game even after 15 year's.
Found the There will come soft rains one just recently. Love this poem ever since i saw Bradbury's story (and the poem) adapted in a Soviet cartoon. Granted, the way the cartoon was made some things didn't make sense, but it was nonetheless eery. The way it's shown in F3 is more reasonable, if a bit underwhelming: a mostly empty tiny house with a robot that cant do anything by itself and you have to issue commands to it manually.

hey thank you man. long story but i was about to have a nervous break down cause of my living situation and this video helped me out alot by giving me something to focus on! im barely shaking anymore going to continue watching the rest then maybe play some fall out 3 myself. weird comment ik but really, thank you
Honestly, I have watched hours of fallout lore videos and I think this is the first one that I have heard about the McGlellan family home stuff, really cool. Great video.
Wait, i played fallout 3 for fucking a lot of times and never know that 8:23 random encounter. There is a lot of content to discover in Fallout 3 more than New Vegas.
I don't have the time to scour comments to make sure this wasn't pointed out already. But the There Will Come Soft Rains entry about a Bradbury book.. it references two of Bradburys works. The one you mention which is like the hard reference. And then the fact the house belongs to the McLellans is a reference to Fahrenheit 451. I wanna say there was a character with the last name McLellan, and well, it's clearly a theme with Ray's astonishingly accurate views of the future from the past, but smart homes were also a big theme in that book as well.
That’s awesome, I discovered the hat glitch today by accident! I was wondering why the game was letting me wear my shady hat and power armor helmet at the same time
Honestly dude, if I were you... I would really consider trying out for voice over work. I honestly think that you would have a shot because your voice does have a unique sort of sound to it. Being serious, you could probably do voice over work for cartoons. Not being mean or anything, like you have a good voice and it would be just right for cartoon or CGI animation. I have buddy who's a radio DJ or rather was one and I suggested to him to try getting into voice over acting and he's been successful. I'm telling ya, you have a voice that is perfect for it. I literally only heard the first six seconds of your voice and know.
Wow, I’ve played his game since I was 10 years old. I’m 28 now and I had absolutely no idea about the rival Ant Colonies at shelbridge. Amazing haha thank you
I knew that house was based on that story. I could just never think of the title, making anyone I told either think I dreamed of it or am just making shit up.
Fantastic game, hit the tone of the first two parts so well. Fallout 76 we need to forget this frothy sitcom of a game was made. Now all eyes are on ... Starfield.
Not useless in the slightest! I was able to read a Ray Bradbury story that I haven't read yet thanks to your video! That's as rare as finding a Dean Koontz book that flew under my radar, I appreciate that.
The hat glitch happened to me and it confused the fuck outta me. I had Enclave armour on with a Chinese suit to help with stealth. I found an enclaver who has telsa enclave armour and well I glitched the reg helmet with the telsa giving me 64 DT instead of 56 DT can say my head is safe in two enclave powerhelmets

definitely would've help to distinguish it from Fallout 1
It sounds like a half baked fan fiction wrote by a sophomore. With no coherent story or true plot line actually planned
