you can kill Sister without upsetting the Rivet City folks. The Mister Sandman perk lets you kill him while he's sleeping and it doesn't seem to piss people off.
After seven consecutive months and save files with branching paths, I have done every SINGLE quest in Fallout 3 and its DLC, hidden and not. I have nothing left to do. I already did it for New Vegas, again with multiple save files to get every branching path. That took even longer. Now to do it with Fallout 4.
I never realized how many unmarked quests there are in fo3 but i knew basically all of them except helping paradise falls trader get 20 chinese rifles and finding cheryl i never found all the notes but i never thought it was anything important so i didnt really hunt for more notes. And the Mississippi quantum pie cause after giving sierra the quantums i whack her to take all her nuka-colas to make more quantums for more nuka-grenades, i only do her quest for the v3 schematic. Also i knew about the boogeyman hood but ive never got it i cant do it no matter how evil my dude is, i'll mez random wastelanders but thats different they can try to run. Its cool that theres still stuff to find in a 16 year old game. That makes me feel old i remember the first time seeing fo3. My oldest brother was playing it he was at raven rock i didnt know that then though. I remember very clearly that he had just came out the blast door and finished speech with fawkes when i came in his room, which i was like "what is that thing?", then with a plasma rifle he just one shot gooifies this guy (enclave soldiers not fawkes) outta nowhere and im like oooooo what are you playing i need it. That was my love at first sight with fo3.
I once dashed to the quest to get him as soon as possible, and the object of my quest was keeping him alive the whole playthrough. He does fairly well with enclave power armor and a mini gun, but still a lot of save scumming because... I mean, his health is squishy. I don't know why I did this.
Thank you man, means a lot. Yeah I was in the same boat as you, played since 2008 and thought I knew everything. Every time I make a new video I learn something new. Pretty amazing.
Gallows Humour reminds me a lot of the betting pool they had in Saving Private Ryan to guess whether or not Tom Hank’s character would ever talk about his life before the war
Honestly the only unmarked quest that i enjoyed is those brotherhood outcast ones. Since most of the time i don't use energy weapon (never liked them) always used the r91 and the 10mm smg (my favorites).
I've played this game several times over, and gotten the Platinum Trophy. Only Trophy I didn't get was for collecting all the abductee recordings on Mothership Zeta; and I didn't really know about the prime numbers quest in the Museum of Technology
I have been playing Fallout 3 for many years and have a memory of once discovering that Gob (ghoul bartender in Megaton) was once actually Argyle the movie star sidekick! Yet this video makes it clear that Argyle is dead! Is this my personal Mandela Effect moment or can someone please explain this glitch in my matrix?
So I hate to be that guy but speech check requirements aren't actually a thing in fallout 3. Fallout 3 however is UNPLAYABLE on modern operating systems so most play by using a tale of two wastelands which just ports fallout 3 into new vegas. This porting adds new vegas' speech system which has requirements while fallout 3 normally have speech check percentages. You could pass all speech checks without speech requirements as long as rng is in your favor instead of outright always fails unless you have speech
Your statement regarding being unplayable on modern O/S is incorrect. I have just finished my first playthrough. I did have to "fix" the game by putting into place a trick graphics driver file because of the current AMD driver stupidity.
@daviddodd6719 I tried doing that and couldn't get it to work. My point is it's unplayable without figuring out the witchcraft required to get it to run on windows 10 on compatibility mode and with amd breaking it

Theres no way Moriarty doesnt know how much silver "stole", so only asking for 100 caps out of that seems like hes offhandedly trying to help you out.
Playing tale of two wastelands, giving pre war books to Yearling is the easiest money maker in existence. NV has tons of unburned books to sell 😂
Fr lucky 38 is gold mine
OWB + Lucky 38 = Money printer
Played this game so many times and I still learn new stuff

My first playthrough I got sticky to big town
My second playthrough i told him to stfu
My third playthrough, I blew his mind!

@@No_Use_For_A_Name1981 thats a kooky challenge idea: “can you beat fallout 3 while being chased by Sticky?”
I keep him as an extra companion 😅
Wow, what a great video. Thought I knew everything about this game but I was wrong! Instant sub brother keep killing it!!!

Thanks man.
@@LunarLegendsG Anytime!

great video
man I love *fallout 3*
Thank you. I love it too. It’s my personal favorite.
Uhhhh ackstchually 1 is technically not a prime number....
Super helpful video, I definitely missed a lot of quests 😅
Uh this is awkward: once you emigrate to the Republic of Dave, there is nothing else to do in the Wasteland.
I have a problem with gathering xp in this game so this video is very helpful, Thank you lunar

Those damn recordings. I had to run that DLC like five times to make sure I got them all XD
@@randomlyentertaining8287 I tried doing that quest a few times over, even made a checklist, but one slip-up screws everything up
I remember selling some of the kids from Mungo flats into slavery. The resr went to war wufh me. Those kids fought hard
Good video bro. Subbed
Never knew avout the bitter cup one, i usually let the super mutants kill them anyway lol
I think ive only ever done Moriarty's quest on my first playthrough every other time i just kill the chick and take her money 😂
If u kill Moriarty gob will take over the saloon and the sign will even change
Red will pay u for taking sticky to big town
Do you use any graphics/textures mods? Characters look a bit better than I remember.
Yeah I do, not too many though. I can’t remember the name but the most popular face overhaul mod and some lighting mods that remove the green filter.
@@LunarLegendsG I see, and yeah the improvement was mostly noticeable in the faces. Too bad my potato laptop can barely run the vanilla game lol
