To even have Sarah react to you wearing power armor at that moment you’d have had to already go through the operation anchorage dlc before this point! Shows you the detail in older Bethesda games having that you can anywhere and ignore the main quest stuff. They owe that more and more as time goes on. Starfield is honestly pretty okay to me at least. But fallout 3 and oblivion still hold a special place to me. These were the equivalent of call of duty and halo for me as I never really got to enjoy those golden ages as my older brother would hold the Xbox hostage until he was satisfied with playing those games himself. And so I would use the little time I had on it playing RPGs instead. As I watched him rage over the lagging of our internet being crappy at the time and blaming it on others “lag switching” despite zero evidence to the accusation as it was any time he was doing bad at the game. Yknow just toxic gamer culture never admitting someone else was better than him had to have his ego and all that crap. So I’d often hop on and play the three games that were fully mine which was fallout 3, fable 2, and Oblivion and that’s what I played.
There is at least one more interesting scene with Amata, by the way, depending on how you talk to her in the prologue, when it's time to escape from the vault, she can react differently to the phrase "I can't trust the overseer's daughter", and she will either react, " I understand," or more aggressively.
As someone who took great personal friendship in charon as being the most loyal companion regardless of your actions, even on my evil playthoughs I was kind to him, a good solid rock to have in the wasteland, and a deadeye with his gun; I thank the person recording this for choosing the option of asking him as a friend to do the purifier for you, the tone in his voice says it all. 'You're begging me, when you're my boss. You could have just ordered me, but you chose to ask, so now I feel bad about being contractually obliged instead of annoyed that I can't say no. Bleeding heart bastard. Fine.'
how lol, he's literally placed _directly_ in front of you coming out of Raven Rock and unless you're picking the cartoonishly evil options it's pretty hard not to be in positive karma from very early on. he's the only companion I've always gotten
On the same level as RDR2, bruh delete this cringe ass comment right now, only the Witcher 3 and Fallout New vegas has the same attention of detail as RDR2.
What in the actual hell, I didnt know you could send the companions to activate the purifier. Reading the comments it seems like its a DLC thing, and I think I finished the game before that was a thing. I always hear people complaining about how the super mutant companion refuses to go in saying its your fate to do it, and I never knew they actually fixed that.
I recall before the DLC, companions had different dialogue for the purifier. One thing I remember was Fawkes would wax poetic that, although he would survive the radiation, this was the Outcast's story to tell and therefore he would not go in.
I swear there was some where in the game where someone asked what you were doing there and with a low intelligence stat you could say "I'm just looking for my father" and they would say, what are you stupid or something?
I really like that you can give Autumn the actual code. That's a nice touch. You could do something similar in Fallout by becoming a mutant and joining the master's army for an instant bad ending.
The dialog with the caravan traders also happens when they just get straight up murdered which happens very easily sadly when you're max level and everything is albino radscorps, ghoul reavers, SM Overlords. I would get their schematics before that time happens in case they die without you even knowing when you're around them. Lol
Oblivion had like 4 voice actors, and I think all of them are in Fallout 3. It makes me chuckle when I meet an imperial guardsman or a wood elf... in the capital wastland 😄
Makes it even funnier when you recruit Jericho and then he helps you murder the entire town for all their loot before you blow Megaton up. As long as you don't hit the Brahmin he will happily help you murder everyone there.
Love the fact that outcast just equip what you give them lol 😂

Most likely it's a remnant of earlier in development, before PA training was thought of
There is at least one more interesting scene with Amata, by the way, depending on how you talk to her in the prologue, when it's time to escape from the vault, she can react differently to the phrase "I can't trust the overseer's daughter", and she will either react, " I understand," or more aggressively.
Fine.'
I never knew Uncle Leo was a character until today
i love killing burk just for the suppressed 10mm pistol
I learned something new about this game everyday
Ugh okay i’ll play fallout 3 again for the 8th time.
“You do anything remotely stupid, you’re dead.”
[Evil Karma][Intelligence] “Hahaha! Funny man go BOOM!” **Nukes Megaton.**
I was today years old when I learned you can have fawkes as a compainion.
how lol, he's literally placed _directly_ in front of you coming out of Raven Rock and unless you're picking the cartoonishly evil options it's pretty hard not to be in positive karma from very early on. he's the only companion I've always gotten
@@0lionheart he was never infront of raven rock, and I always have good karma. I honestly thought the enclave just killed him.
The attention to details is on the level of RD2. Thank you for showing me how masterpiece this game. More than I thought.
Edit: grammar
nt Todd
On the same level as RDR2, bruh delete this cringe ass comment right now, only the Witcher 3 and Fallout New vegas has the same attention of detail as RDR2.
Gob's Place.... I love it!
What in the actual hell, I didnt know you could send the companions to activate the purifier. Reading the comments it seems like its a DLC thing, and I think I finished the game before that was a thing. I always hear people complaining about how the super mutant companion refuses to go in saying its your fate to do it, and I never knew they actually fixed that.
dude you killing the traders was HILARIOUS
Having Jericho as a companion is pretty much the same as having Carl from ATHF as a neighbor, I'm convinced.
🤣 🤣 🤣 🤣
Didn’t realize that Gob could take over the saloon. I’ll definitely be doing that from now on.
Jericho should have been able to be sent on Tenpenny. He even fits better in there anyway.
I recall before the DLC, companions had different dialogue for the purifier. One thing I remember was Fawkes would wax poetic that, although he would survive the radiation, this was the Outcast's story to tell and therefore he would not go in.
Burke should have been a recruitable companion.
Agreed a replacement for Jericho if you blew up megaton before recruiting him
I like to think chaos follows Amata no matter what happens.
"I don't know ehy but I like you BOAH." 4:26
I swear there was some where in the game where someone asked what you were doing there and with a low intelligence stat you could say "I'm just looking for my father" and they would say, what are you stupid or something?
Amata got that trigger finger
The end of the game is the one time everyone in the Capital Wastes agrees on a shared philosophy :
"Su***de is badass!" - Danny DeVito
14:40 Moments like these is why quicksave exists. Now be a reasonable person and let him eat a mini nuke.
8:00 The Comedy Show and best part about this video xD
I really like that you can give Autumn the actual code. That's a nice touch. You could do something similar in Fallout by becoming a mutant and joining the master's army for an instant bad ending.
btw this is just the tip of the iceberg. the game is packed full of stuff like this.
Didnt know RL-3 could start the purifier. Never thought of it, never even brought him to the purifier.
6:29 this is why both of them AND three dog go in a box.
0:33 “I thought I was gonna grow a 4th arm” where’s the 3rd?🤔💀
I remember triggering the giant mutant with that caged teddy bear and the caravan doctor was around nearby. The giant went straight to him lol
I had no choice - Amata after mag dumping on that guy
Image her putting a bullet into his knee...
i miss the hell out of the disguise feature and the ghoul mask disguise where ferals wont attack
I didn't know that you could get power armor that soon by killing the Behemoth.
You need to complete the Operation Anchorage DLC since it's the ONLY way to get Power Armor Training before First Entering the Citadel.
@@CaltheDeadMan Thanks.
Autumn: Give me the purifier code!
Lone Wanderer: Alright (lol), no problem (lmao)
The dialog with the caravan traders also happens when they just get straight up murdered which happens very easily sadly when you're max level and everything is albino radscorps, ghoul reavers, SM Overlords. I would get their schematics before that time happens in case they die without you even knowing when you're around them. Lol
Oh wait, did the Fawkes VA also voice the awesome Imperial Guard in Cyrodil from TES4 Oblivion?
Oblivion had like 4 voice actors, and I think all of them are in Fallout 3. It makes me chuckle when I meet an imperial guardsman or a wood elf... in the capital wastland 😄
LMAO i did not expect Protector Casdin to immediately bling himself out like that, talking about hmmm well take good care of it *wink*
I did not know that Mr Burke had it like that
Makes it even funnier when you recruit Jericho and then he helps you murder the entire town for all their loot before you blow Megaton up. As long as you don't hit the Brahmin he will happily help you murder everyone there.
8:00 this part had me on the fucking floor. well done.
I hadn't realized that Casdin was the Rick Grimes of Fallout.
funny but Lucas Simms reacted to me like i had good karma, with just exiting the vault and neutral karma.
You make me wanna replay this gem! ❤
(Eric Andre Shooting Hannibatl Buress meme)
Amata: "Why did you do this?"
I knew every single of of them, the official guidance book from Hodgson mentions them.
