To make an easier version of the cake, could use ganshik bam sold at pyoneejums or shikpumjums. Also use the strawberry shortcake method, to spread whipped cream made with 1tbsp of corn starch to stabilize and decaf instant coffee or cocoa in between cake layers. Or the other way is to spread chestnut cream in between cake layers. Spread whipped cream on top of cake and sprinkle cocoa like tiramisu cake, and use pastry bag to make 6 round circles like clock, and place prepeeled chestut on top.

There's no chestnut paste in my country (just kind of chestnut purée which is not as creamy as yours in the video). Can I just replaced it by the pre-cooked whole chestnut and mash it? And how to adjust the ingredients so as to make it?🙏🏻🙏🏻 Many thanks. Like your videos very much ❤️
Sure! you can. you need to add more sugar when you make chestnut cream. But I just can say you should adjust the amount of sugar by tasting at a time.😉
