Yes. If you are not careful, you can burn the chia seeds. So did I. Chocolate needs to be tampered with. Or keep the melting temperature precisely below 33 degrees. And it is recommended that the room temperature be around 18-20 degrees.

Just beautiful! I love the idea of swapping out chia seeds for the more usual poppy seeds, and how the chia seed flecks in the cake echo the vanilla bean flecks in the mousse. And also including some yoghurt in the vanilla mousse will provide a lovely complement to the lemon flavours elsewhere. Very nicely thought out!
I think poppyseeds are not sold in Korea due to being related to opium poppies (though they are safe to eat) and that's the reason for the substitution.

Wooden spoons, metal turner, sifter, whisk, knives, fine mesh seive, kitchen scissors, baking pans (rectangular, round, square, , loaf, muffin pan, pie pan, tart pan springform pan, tube pan) cookie sheets, silpat sheets, parchment paper, mixer ( hand, or stand) wire cooling racks, pastry blender, zester, grater, pastry wheel, citrus juicer, and food processor. There’s other things that come to mind, but I’ve added my thoughts to common lists noted in several articles. Start with the very simple basics. And add as your budget allows. Find a cookie recipe, acquire the tools needed. Then a cake recipe and add those. Perhaps a bread recipe, and so forth. Good luck. Happy Baking.
