      Nothing like heathens to give sarcasm and low brow racists comments about a mans speech like he cannot be educated. Too bad the man you're being so rude and sarcastic about is the real Jew child of Jacob by the blood. You Jewish people better pay more attention to what you say are your boarders the prophecies are coming to pass get ready.

      yup, my ab work out is significantly harder than this but no abs for me as they are covered. it doesn't matter how you work them, if they are fat covered, they don't show. 4-6 reps on an ab wheel from your knees is nothing..

      @Baitullmaqdis 8 років тому +4

      +wandernstan look into alphadestiny videos ... he talk bout how to have #visible not ripped .. I repeat #visible abs with a 20 percent body fat ... u got to nail those abs with heavy weights and compound movements period ...just like how u would with any body parts u working on ... phiece ✌

      i do sit ups on the decline bench with 135 on the bar, 100lb Turkish get ups a side and ab wheels from my feet. It works.. Core is solid and yeah, I'm just too heavy. such is life.

    For hanging raises, switch up your grip if you're able. Straight bars are fine but for me often times a neutral grip just feels so much better on my shoulders.

    I am 44 years old and i've been practising very occasionally almost all my life. Of course I had never visible abs. The last months because of a therapy, i was on a very strict diet. Sugar, any food that contains fat, fried, sweets, alcohol was out of my diet. In the meantime i began doing some exercises at home. Mostly leg raises, wheel and 2-3 floor exercises, about 2-3 times a week. Now my abs are visible. So 90% is diet and 10% workout.

    The hardest part about keeping a decent shape...is handling both diet and the will to work out.
    I can work out and eat like shit or i can eat clean and proper and hardly work out. and im just lazy like that. Looking aesthetic isnt just a hobby it involves a passion for your cosmetically judged life.
    My passion is engineering sound..i could doit for hours mixing recording mastering ive never burned time quicker.
    It sucks though because i was blessed with decent genetics...not body builder genetics but i am that "almost in shape" with out doing anything and if i could find that will to regiment even twice a week...id be alright.
    Thats what tells me that its about your passion. Either A. Your passionate about looking sexy and superior or passionate about retaining better health or strength and endurance for a athletically based sport you have a passion for.
    Its a lifestyle.
    I smoke weed at night so i dont stay up in my studio tinkering all night..4 hours feels like 1 hour to me.
    But for these shredded yolked people on youtube...thats how they time flip

      Shaun Stokes they are somewhat correct but a large majority comes down to flexibility. If your lats and hamstrings are tight, this movement will cause your hips to push back and create the rocking affect

    • @dongjinkim4066
      @dongjinkim4066 9 років тому +3

      +Irish Brah You should pause when your leg's are all the way down before you raise it back up to takeout the momentum. Slow controlled motion through breathing; out when your legs are at the top and in as going down.
