Just reduce the sets when starting. I cut most of the sets in half (still did the drop sets) 2 weeks later, I raised the weight a little and did a few more sets, (probably 60% of the total workout) It will probably take me 3 or 4 months to get to every set and every rep of the total workout, but I love the challenge. Also, IMO, the first lift, pull downs with a drop set, is a very effective way to start a back workout...talk about putting in work, love it.
For the people saying he is a professional you are not so don't do this, DO LIGHTER WEIGHTS! Work your way up don't be the idiot struggling with high weight and poor form cause of your ego. This is a great workout and I highly recommend it even at the lightest of weights!
Did this workout in an hour and half, probably one of the most difficult videos I’ve done before. 38 sets was super painful but I managed to do it. Word of advice the underhand lat pull downs will destroy your wrist so be sure to wear wrist straps!!!

i would like to shorten this back workout for about 5 excercise in which 2 are superset also i add traps in this along with wrist excercises followed by cardio 10/15 mins in end it takes 1:30 hrs whole i m satisfied with it i cnt spend so much time and volume on a single part, i m not pro i m drug free athlete
Well aside from the fact that this is an insane volume, still good excercises and great demonstrations. I can easily switch up the routine now, so that's good. But i don't think even a trained bodybuilder who is natural can do this.
