I’m 44. Didn’t get my 6pack until I was 42. I been working out since I was 16. But didn’t understand proper diet, therefore I was never really able to see my 6 pack. What changed for my 6pack to clearly show? Intermittent fasting 8/16. No process food (I’m use to it and made this my lifestyle. But I do splurge on weekends and in vacation.). HIIT (timed mile or timed 100 burpees, even with a weight vest). Lift 2-3 times a week, stretch 2 times a week, cardio 2 times a week. I suggest doing everything gradually and eventually your body will accustom this as a lifestyle. Recently got my Dexa scan. My BFP is 11.7%. Best of luck all!

Ex-professional boxer. I always tell my friends who want to get a six-pack to eat less, count calories, and do cardio. Don't worry about what kind of cardio, just get your heart pumping and do it consistently for at least 30mins. Building muscle is hard, developing an athletic skill is hard, conditioning is hell... Losing fat is easy.
h make a commitment to yourself and if that doesn’t work get someone to force you to do it (sibling, friend ) and once you start to see some results let that be the motivation

It's about the character you build by going through something difficult and achieving it when at one point you didn't think it was possible. That's where permanent peace of mind and happiness comes from, by doing what is HARD rather than what is EASY, whether you feel like it or not (and most of the time, you won't feel like it). That's how you create a badass character within yourself, and how you FEEL about yourself is everything! If you don't feel good about yourself, life is shit. But If you feel like a badass mother fucker because you know that you put in the work and you do it even when you're not feeling motivated, then life will feel great. There's always a trade off in life. Pay the price of discipline, and you will win at life. Otherwise, the only other option is to choose the path of comfort/instant gratification and then you'll wake up one day regretting your choices.

I love how realistic you are. I have been excercising and dieting for almost 3 months now but I haven't seen any change. I know I have body fat but I don't know how to calculate how much and I don't know how to lose it. Hopefully your videos will help me.
As a female athlete, it’s really hard to get a body fat percentage under 23% without feeling like your starving yourself. However, the cardio helps immensely in achieving lines on the stomach, but yeah, this was something I’ve had to come to terms with in my athletic career as a female. It’s not impossible, but I also can’t judge my achievements off of how my body looks.

EAT CLEAN. If u cant afford a gym membership. WALK TO RUN using HIT in INTERVALS whilie RUNNING. You always want to do your body weight exercises before ur CARDIO (RUNNING) and make sure at the end its important to do some stretching and walking around at a normal pace to cooldown phase of your work. There is NO excuses. U can still find time to run u have time for fun

@@ImMon. of course I'd like to give more detail but the situation I had was I wanted to join the military, I had been told I'm too fat (I already knew that haha) I weighed 220 I wish I remembered my actual measurements but I know I lost 8 or 9 inches off my waist and man I'm sorry to provide half assed info but I lost down to 216 only four pounds I thought but I keep getting more lean. I'm short I'm 5 foot 3 so I am heavy for my size but I am getting pretty lean. I have no professional work outs and strict diets other than for a month I fasted on a cup of cooked rice with a can of tuna a day. Long distance running and lots of burpee

So true ive been running in the vegas heat all summer to slim up. Now im putting abs workouts in my routine. Im finally seeing my abs again like i did when i was 18.
Im not so bothered about body fat right yet...but more so core strength. Bro I'm going to try some of these movements. For me it's alot of seeing something and taking bits and pieces of what will work for my body. I like to think anything is possible with a healthy body and sound mind.

@@alvarogomez2798 i personally work out,i'm already very lean so I do it to keep my shape. But personally body workouts that force my self resistance to improve. Like fat burning workouts and such. I've PERSONALLY NEVER seen someone lose wait so fast.If there's video prove I would love that. Also send your workout plan, also you said you loss muscle not gained.
@@ImMon. of course I'd like to give more detail but the situation I had was I wanted to join the military, I had been told I'm too fat (I already knew that haha) I weighed 220 I wish I remembered my actual measurements but I know I lost 8 or 9 inches off my waist and man I'm sorry to provide half assed info but I lost down to 216 only four pounds I thought but I keep getting more lean. I'm short I'm 5 foot 3 so I am heavy for my size but I am getting pretty lean. I have no professional work outs and strict diets other than for a month I fasted on a cup of cooked rice with a can of tuna a day. Long distance running and lots of burpee

So true ive been running in the vegas heat all summer to slim up. Now im putting abs workouts in my routine. Im finally seeing my abs again like i did when i was 18.

Bro I'm going to try some of these movements. For me it's alot of seeing something and taking bits and pieces of what will work for my body. I like to think anything is possible with a healthy body and sound mind.
