I ate too much to gain weight. Proper intake of smoothies and diet. I maintained it for about a year and gained from 38 to 45. But after a time I felt overwhelmed by eating much and only skipped smoothies. So in only 10 days I dropped 2.5 kgs. Whenever I stop overeating I drop it all. What do I do now? Because it is not possible for me to maintain this all my life. I left my full time job just to maintain my body. Because to do job I’ll need to move to another city, and there it’s not possible for me to eat 6 times a day! I’m really tensed about my life! I’m 25 years old and all my life I have struggled with this problem! Please somebody let me know what do I do?

Hii, I have started workout in gym a month ago. I'm a mother of 3 year child and my weight is 47kg and I have cervical pain issue bcz of which I always feel pain while doing upper body exercise I'm totally confused if I should go for more weight or not bcz of cervical my shoulders feels like they are so much stiff. Right now I'm lifting 3-4 kg weight
Your gym trainer will never allow to do more weights. Cervical pain is horrible. Do yoga to rid of that. Yoga is more gentle than gym. With yoga you will get strength to do gym exercises

Look balance is key. If you are concerned then maybe opt for a plant protein supplement and only take 1 serving a day from that and rest get your protein from wholesome diet. Again, balance and moderation is key.

Hi Neetu, I've been consistently eating in a calorie surplus and have gained 4 kgs in a month, but I haven't visually noticed any muscle gain despite regular workouts. Despite my weight increasing to 58.7 kgs at a height of 5'6", my clothes still fit the same, and no one seems to notice. Is there a specific reason for this discrepancy?
Firstly, well done on the progress you have made 🦾 Secondly, genetically how pir body store those number gains varies from person to person and maybe in your case it has spread out in proportion throughout the body which is a good thing and that is why that 4kg is not yet visible on your body. You will just have to gain more which is when it will start showing physically. You are tall as well which means more kgs are required to experience that thickness that you are after. If you have been able to lift heavier than before then that is a sign that muscle gain is surely happening. Good luck!
@@Everydayglow8 Hey! I usually have 4-5 small meals a day and workout 3-4 times a week. Nothing fancy but basic home cooked meals with some kind of protein and carbs. I strength train for almost an hour on the days I workout. I am currently working out at home so I use resistance bands and dumbbells. Once a week I go for a run.
There shouldn’t be any rule to include fruits and veggies. Just make sure every plate has some sort of veggies on them and atleast have 2 fruits a day. Easy! Don’t complicate
You should definitely go for a medical checkup coz sometimes our metabolism isn't good enough, sometimes we have some kind of medical issues which stop our weight gain journey. So if you're not gaining weight for a long time then you should definitely seek medical checkup then start your weight journey.

hey, thats fantastic! as you gain more weight your body caloric demands also increase so you might need to increase your calories and ofcourse keep pushing hard in workouts
@@ishithabhanu4173 i workout for 45 min everyday and in diet I eat lot of dry fruits ( raisins,dates,almonds)and bread with peanut butter twice in a day and protein powder ofc and i eat peanut chikki as mid snacks ... sometimes channa and soya chunks also

You will just have to eat a bit more. Stay in a bigger surplus and thats all. Fast metabolism is much better than having a slow one
