And the most important part, in today’s hectic schedule how are u going to cook all these stuff? What diet u r prescribing may be suitable for your high end clients, but for middle class health enthusiasts, it’s quite difficult to follow such a strict schedule every day. There is only one study done on creatine which shows creatine to cause hair loss , 15900 study shows that it doesn't , also the study shows the dht increase was serum dht and not local dht , and for hair loss local dht is responsible , also dht is increased when we go to gym would you stop doing excersice ? so yeah its just myth
Being vegetarian whey protein helps to complete my daily protein goal of 160gms at 80kg bw because cant take soya (becz of estrogen) no non-veg , so protein whey becomes necessary for me . Even then its very difficult to hit the protein goal especially if u cutting 😢

Say my fat free mass is 56 kg and total weight is 85, if i have to take 1gm/kg of protein - should i take 56 gm or 85 gm per day. (nuance is fat free mass also includes skeletal mass). May be my question is lacking depth, sorry for that.

@Dr Ryan, the protein amount is calculated based on lean muscle mass or complete body mass.
Say my fat free mass is 56 kg and total weight is 85, if i have to take 1gm/kg of protein - should i take 56 gm or 85 gm per day. (nuance is fat free mass also includes skeletal mass). May be my question is lacking depth, sorry for that.
